Thriving In The World Of Anxiety

The disciples are troubled by Jesus' words concerning His imminent betrayal, denial, and death. And because Jesus knows their anguish, He addresses their emotional turmoil in the opening words of John chapter 14. The Lord's words are to the disciples and each of us who follow him, for we too live in an age of anxiety. Rising crime rates, rising living costs, international crises, political intolerance, escalating violence in our neighborhoods, etc. And as if that's not enough, we tend to imagine the worse.

So, how can we keep our hearts from being anxious in this troubled world?
