Christ and the Nova Scotia Wildfires

What a week it has been. Nova Scotia. Wildfires! Where is the Lord in such times? Does He see what is going on? Why doesn't He do anything? Does He care? Today I am going to break from our regular sermon series to answer these questions. If you really want to know the answer, it is revealed in the Bible. Turn to Matthew 23 and I will show you. Here we have our Lord Jesus Christ. In Him, we are able to see what God Almighty is like as a human. What is the attitude of this man when He sees things like destructive fires come upon us? In Matthew 23, we are shown how He looks on such calamities.
