Eternally Married

The marriage ordinance is a dim reflection of the nature of God and His eternal love for His people. We make the mistake of thinking Jesus's teaching on marriage is only for those who are married. But in reality, this passage in Matthew (5:31-32) is for all, single and married alike. It points the reader not only to the human relationship, but most importantly to the relationship that God established and maintains with the bride of Christ.
