From Death to Life

Verses 1 to 3: before God saved us. Verses 4 to 7: As God saves us and after God saved us.
Our past reality is that the essence of our lives was toward self and sin; it controls us until the day God saves us. But God, in His mercy, waited until we could see ourselves the way He saw us. We saw our condition and we saw His provision. and in His sovereignty allowed us to accept or reject the light He gave us to see.
God takes a dead man, breathes enough light into him to see, enough light to respond. Faith brings this dead man into the Kingdom of God.
