Luke 14:25-35

Pastor Wood teaches on the book of Luke.

We need to forsake all and everyone else to follow Jesus. We should not be distracted or dissuaded, even by family. The most loving thing we can do for our family, is to follow Jesus with whole-hearted obedience. God owns everything and knows what will be the best use for what He has given us. God will give us everything we need in order to do His will. All the money from all the wealthiest people does not surmount to the wealth of God. We are all entirely dependent on God all the time. Christianity is not a part-time job, it requires our whole lives.
