Pray for Your City

The Israelites were in exile in Babylon, but God had not forgotten them. They were there for a purpose.

Likewise, God has placed us where we are to be His representatives. Show forth good works! Don't become like the world around you, but reach out to the people in the world. Seek the peace of your city. Sow consistent acts of kindness. Help someone. Take a stand against evil and immorality. Pray to God for the peace of the city.
