The Healing Virtue of Christ

It is important to understand the power of Christ within the context of his character, that is to say, his divine virtue. The King James Version helps us with the translation of the dunamis (power) as "virtue" on three occassions, all of which have to do with the healing power of Jesus. In this brief sermon, I will present the case for understanding the power of Christ as bearing divine virtue, and in contrast to the abstract power of many today who make grand displays of miracles, but do not bear any true virtue, but instead operate in lying, deceit after the power of Satan.
