First to Rise from the Dead

In his defense before King Agrippa we see that...
v 1-8 - Paul is on trial for his belief in the resurrection of the dead.
v.9-9-12 - Paul previously believed Jesus was a fake Messiah and all his followers were deluded fools.
v.13-18 - Paul encounters the risen Christ and is radically changed.
v.19-23 - Paul goes forth to proclaim Jesus as the Messiah who had to die and be the first man to rise from the dead. Thus he confirms the age-old Jewish belief in the resurrection of the dead. Jesus is the first to rise from the dead but not the last!
