Stuck in neutral

Ever have the moments when you need to do something but you just can't? Our mission seems to be like a car that is stuck in neutral, everything is there for the car to go but for some reason it just can't move. Esther here has all the motivation she needs, the right reasons, and the ability to get the job done; yet something is holding her back. There is no mention of prayer in this book, so it may be the power was off. Faith on the part of her and of the people seems to be bent out of shape and in great need of repair. Of course there could also be sin that is acting like a parking brake keeping everything from moving forward.
