The last twenty four chapters follow and expand on the teachings in the first eleven chapters.  In some ways they are the practical application of the Ten Words, spelling out how they should be carried out in the life and times of the early Israelites agricultural and farming settlement.  Therefore, as we read them, we need to rework those applications in terms of our technological age.
