Neglecting The Inside

What lies at the root of sin? Is it an inherent condition we're born with (nature), or is it shaped by our surroundings and experiences (nurture)? When Christ shared a meal with a Pharisee, He confronted this question. The Pharisee was fixated on outward appearances but was neglecting the true source of sin residing within his own heart.
