Priestly Blessing From Offerings

Our text for this week is Leviticus 7:1-10, which covers the priests' duties in administering the trespass offering, as well as how they should divide the priestly portions of the previous offerings we have covered (the burnt offerings and grain offerings). This text again emphasizes the burning of the fat of the sacrificial animals, which should remind us to be vigilant in how we handle sin as God moves us through sanctification.
