The Transfiguration of Christ

Peter, James, and John were the special eyewitnesses of a most extraordinary event in the life of our Lord: His transfiguration on the mountaintop. This miraculous unveiling of Christ's glory left an indelible mark upon the hearts and minds of His three Apostles. Yet as wonderful as this miracle was, it is written for us in the Book of God to instruct our souls. In this sermon aimed directly towards the hearts of children we learn from the transfiguration of Christ: who Jesus is, what He came to do, and what you and I must do about Him.
