Comfort in Salvation

Paul, Silas, and Timothy continue their instruction to the Thessalonians on how to live lives of thankful holiness. In this passage they continue their strong encouragement to comfort one another with the truth of Jesus Christ's coming. Here they shift from how God will bring all His people together when Christ returns to how they are to live now while waiting for Christ's return. This sermon calls us to comfort one another with the reality of the fulness of our salvation in Jesus Christ so that we might encourage everyone in the church to abound more and more in patterns of conduct pleasing to God.
