The Battle of the Bellies

The sermon expounds Paul's warning about false teachers and how dangerous they actually are. It shows how the belly ultimately reveals the essence of who someone is and thus becomes the dispenser of either spiritual life or spiritual death. Paul talked about the belly dispensing spiritual death whereas Jesus talked about the belly dispensing spiritual life. We see too how the Old Testament prophecies predicted Christ's words and should inspire us to stand for the truth and against those who cause divisions and offenses.
