Chapter 7:
The independence of the local church is the main point here.

The supreme subject of church power is Christ.
The ministerial/subordinate are the Apostles/Prophets/Evangelism (all offices that have ceased) then the local church.

• The church's authority is directly from Christ
• It is complete power without need of another's authority
• Church order has been positively instituted by Christ
