I. A Call for Wisdom, Endurance, & Confidence (vv. 7-14)

o A call for wisdom: it is a REVELATION! (Ps. 37:10)
o The beast was, is not, and is to come (1:4, 8; 12:1-13:10)
o 7 heads, 7 mountains, 7 kings, & the beast as the 8th
o 10 horns & 10 kings who reign for one hour

o The Lamb's Victory for His people (14)

II. Babylon Divided, Jerusalem United (vv. 15-18)

o Babylon (the Prostitute) and the Beast Divided (Mt. 12:25)

o Jerusalem (the Bride) & Christ United (v. 14; 1 Pet. 2:1-12)
