A New Lease on Life

Peter failed Jesus! He had denied three times that he even knew Jesus, much less followed Him. Broken before God over his sin led to genuine repentance by Peter. But was Jesus finished with Peter? Would he be given a second chance, a do-over? In a touching scene at the sea of Galilee, the resurrected Lord offers to Peter a second lease on life! A new lease that was to be love-motivated, life encompassing, and specific to Peter alone! Jesus lays out for Peter His plan for Peter's life! His plan for Peter is different from the plan that He has for you and for me! But the bottom line remains the same for all! We realize Christ's plan for our lives as we come to the end of ourselves and surrender all to follow Jesus! In doing so, we will experience a new lease on life!
