Case 7. How a Christian may keep his heart from revengeful motions, under the greatest injuries and abuses from men.

During the reading, I read a verse that some, who are fleeting of mind, might find occasion to use it as justification of the doctrine of what is preached in the Sovereign Grace Antinomian congregations, as "common grace".

I interjected that this should not be so... keep your minds and attentions on the topic being conveyed by Flavel and do not give place to fancies that distort the object of the discourse; in this case, is taking revenge.
