Faith In Jesus: Weak Or Strong? - John 4:46-54
Series Studies In The Gospel of John
When we last met for worship Jesus had just spent two successful days in Samaria after first revealing Himself as Messiah to a lowly Samaritan woman who came to Jacob's well to draw water. He then stayed for a two-day visit with her neighbors as many came to believe in Him.
John 4:41-42 Many more believed because of His word;
Vs. 42 and they were saying to the woman, it is no longer because of what you said that we believe, for we have heard for ourselves and know that this One is indeed the Savior of the world."
Vs. 43 After the two days He went forth from there to Galilee.
As we continue our journey through the gospel of John, we come to John's account of an encounter between Jesus and a man John called a royal official. The Greek language indicates this "royal official" is "one who serves the king."
