Calling People to God

The story of Elijah on Mt Carmel is stirring to say the least. But behind these events is a man who longs for Israel to know their God. It is a longing we share. This episode in Israel's history is a revelation of God's grace. In taking them back to their roots, Elijah shows them that everything they really need they already have—in God. In the ‘fire' that fell on Christ, we also have a message of grace and this is what we need to know, and what we want the world to know.
