Introduction to Acts, pt 2

Acts describes the firstfruits of the new creation, the church. The New Testament church is God's instrument for the fulfillment of Christ's Great Commission. Acts is a book of transition, standing between the Gospels and the Epistles, between the Mosaic age and the Church age.
