Thank God & Take Courage

How often do we pause to give thanks for the Lord's mercies? Paul had many close escapes on his journey to Rome. As he neared the city he was refreshed and encouraged by believers from Rome coming to meet him. He was able to thank the Lord for Divine deliverance, providence, and opportunity. His heart was gladdened and emboldened for what lay ahead.
