Hi friends, this is Paul Scharf, Church Ministries representative for the Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry. I believe Samuel has got to be the most underrated man in the Bible. He's the last judge and first prophet of Israel. He came along at a critical time. and his leadership was pivotal in the national life of Israel. It was a time, friends, well it was a time much like our perilous days in which we live and I believe he has much to teach us regarding the spiritual climate of our day and how we who desire not to be served but to serve can fill in the gaps in our culture and fill those needs in the lives of many people as we serve the Lord at this crucial time.
