Missional Prayer

Another way in which Paul hoped the Colossians would live as the new humanity was by devoting themselves to prayer. Paul was particularly concerned that the Colossians pray for his ministry of proclaiming the gospel—that doors might be opened to him and that he might be afforded every opportunity to explain clearly the Good News of Christ.
