Habakkuk had a burden! He couldn't understand why all the evil was happening. Could God not hear. Did He not care. He was questioning God! Why was God not answering his prayers the way he wanted? God has a purpose in ALL things. and He will do all His will! He is not obligated to us. The book of Habakkuk is much like our nation and the world situation today. It is a very interesting book. If we want to know how to pray and pray right we need to read God's word. The Lord reigns in ALL things!
