The Sermon Manager is your starting point for creating and editing your sermons. From here, you can view a complete list of all of the sermons that you've created, edit existing sermons, or create a new sermon. At the top of the sermon list, you'll find a number of tools for locating specific sermons that you've created. The Include settings determine which sermons are listed based on publication status. You can also change the sort order of the list, filter sermons based on a number of criteria, and search for a sermon by keyword based on a sermon's title, series, or description. You can click this button to create a new sermon draft and open it in the Sermon Editor, or if you want to make changes to an existing sermon, you can click on the sermon's title to open it in the Editor. The Sermon Editor is where you can manage all media and metadata pertaining to an individual sermon. Let's begin with a quick overview of the Editor's various features, which are divided into these four tabs. The first two of these tabs comprise the required steps for completing your sermon. The Details tab is where you can edit all of the sermon's metadata, such as the sermon title, category, description, series, Bible reference, and more. The Media tab is where you can upload audio or video files of your sermon, as well as SRT files for captions. The last two tabs of the Sermon Editor pertain to optional features and are not required to publish your sermon. The Cross-Publish tab provides a convenient way to simultaneously upload and post your sermon media to multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and X. Last but not least, the Globalize tab is a brand new feature that will enable broadcasters to automatically translate and re-voice sermons into different languages using cutting-edge AI technology. This globalization feature is currently in development and will be explained in detail at a later date. When you're done editing the sermon's metadata and uploading your audio or video file, you can make your sermon available to the public by clicking the Publish button. You'll be prompted with a publication modal, where you can choose whether to publish right away or schedule your sermon to be published at a specific date and time. Once you've verified that your sermon contains no copyright-infringing content, you can finalize the scheduling or publication of your sermon by clicking this button.
