Christ Our Example pt3

We are in Romans 15:1-7 and today I will be speaking primarily on verses 3-7. Christ is our example in not pleasing ourselves. This was a problem in the Roman church between those Jews that wanted to keep cermonial law and the remainder of the church that had no interest in maintaining those laws that Christ had put away by his death and resurrection. We are not to please ourselves but rather one another, giving no offense nor causing division. Rather we are to be of the same mind.
