Is Tithing a Requirement for the Church?

Tithing is clearly commanded in the Old Testament economy. Some teach that tithing should be practised in the church, and give several reasons for this idea. Here is a very brief teaching from our annual meeting on what the New Testament teaches about tithing and giving.
