Hebrews Introduction

Like the Jews in the wilderness, the recipients of the book of Hebrews needed faith to see Christ for Who He is, not as an invisible Redeemer, but also as their Ruling Sovereign, actively engaged in extending application of His possession and supremacy over all the globe. And, today, like the dispersed Christians Jews, we need the eyes of faith to see Christ for Who He is, not as an indifferent Redeemer Who has handed His Kingdom and this earth over to satan, but as the Redeemer King Who is actively subduing His enemies, including all statists who fantasize they rule the earth, and all false religionists who deny His current comprehensive and victorious reign.
