Heaven & The Bride of Christ

To say that heaven is a beautiful place is to fall short of the true picture of that magnificent place. John describes for us that place in human terms as he sees it while visiting there. An angel shows him the hole city (the bride , the wife of the Lamb) and as he focuses on that site he describes the exterior of the Holy City , the walls, the gates, the foundation stones, and the names on each. Even though we can understand John words it is very difficult to imagine a city like this one-our home.
