Prosperous Prayer

For Nehemiah prayer was not an end in itself, but the beginning of his desire to serve God in a greater capacity. Our prayers shall only be prosperous as we desire, with each new petition, to serve God more effectually and fervently.

"Prosper, I pray thee, thy servant;" this is a true servant's prayer and that which assures us that we shall be prosperous in our petitions.
