1. What wondrous victory God brought to you through his Son…the Bread of Life…who became a sword of judgment on the Devil, destroying his work, chaining him, and setting you free! God didn’t need you for the job. You couldn’t do that job. So rejoice that you get the benefits of Christ’s work.

2. But don’t forget that your deliverance is not in a bubble. Yes, your deliverance was for the good of man, but it was ultimately for God’s glory. Are you living for the glory of God? Having been graciously brought into Christ’s army, are you using the Sword of the Spirit, the Word of God, and the courage from the Holy Spirit, to fight wickedness in high places? Are you clearly speaking his message of life and death? This is the only way to protect the godly, save the lost, destroy the wicked!
