Genesis 11:10-32 - God's Glory in Genealogies

Even in genealogies, God's glory can be seen. Among all the details of this second chrono-genealogy in Genesis, we actually see God's sovereign choices behind it all. And according to what is revealed to us in Ephesians 1, God's sovereignty is about His glory.

As we close up the early chapters of Genesis (chapters 1-11), we continue to see more reasons to understand this text as true history, which is how it's presented, and another example of how Genesis helps us explain the "Why" of Life (decreasing lifespans).
