The Unexpected Suddenness of Christ's Appearing

If anyone tells you that they know the day and hour that Jesus will return, know that they are either greatly deceived, or they are outright lying. If the angels in heaven do not know, and if Jesus in the days of His humiliation did not know, then it is impossible for any mere man to know. It is not our place to worry about the timing of His return, but to be always watchful and ready whenever He does come back. So, are you in a present state of readiness?
