3. The Spirit and Promises Fulfilled

'This is That! The unusual events of Acts 2 are prophesied by Joel. This is
part of God's plan unfolding, that all of humanity, men and women, old
and young should all be recipients of the Spirit, should all bear witness to
God's wonderful work, and to Jesus Christ's triumph over sin and death.
The attendant signs of this new era for humanity are all part of God's plan
to confirm this to our hearts and minds.
