God So Loves!

All of us come into this world looking for love! But human love is fickle. Sometimes we succeed in finding true, lasting love. But many times we fail or others fail to love us. But God is love, that is, at the very core of His being, God is moved to give of Himself for the benefit of you and I. God is the ultimate GIVER. From eternity, God the Father has sustained a love relationship with His Son, Jesus Christ. So, God did not have to create us to have someone to love. But instead, He chose to create us and has chosen to love us. In expressing His love for us, God speaks all five love languages, but His primary languages are giving gifts and doing service for others. Because of God's great love for us, we are saved, delivered from our sins and spiritual death. Because of God's great love, we are sustained in life. He provides in Christ all that we need. Because of God's great love for us, we are secure in that love. Nothing can ever separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus. And because God loves us, we are in turn to share His love with others. We are to love as God loves. But love can be spurned, rejected. In order for us to experience a love relationship with God, we must receive His love gift to us.
