You have your Bibles, which I hope you do. It is church. Take your Bible or your smartphone with your Bible on it. I know that happens too. But why don't you go with me to the book of John, chapter eight. John chapter eight. And right there, verse number one, we're gonna read down to verse number 12. all the way from verse number one to verse number 11, you're probably gonna be thinking, oh, one of two things. Either you're gonna be thinking, where in the world is he going with that? Or you're gonna be thinking, ah, I bet you I know where he's going. I would almost guarantee you may not. If you look through, oh, I'm fully aware, trust me. Verse one through verse number 11, is a sad scenario of man trying to get in and trick Jesus Christ into doing something so they could catch him and use it against him in order to shut him up. Now we've read this passage before, we've seen this passage before and gone through it, but we're not focusing as much on verse one through 11, though I want, we need to read these verses so that we understand the process of exactly what is happening here and why what we will look at becomes so important. But in verse number one, we'll just start reading there in chapter eight. And the Bible says, Jesus went unto the Mount of Olives, and early in the morning he came again into the temple. Now I want you to note that early in the morning, okay? So we're talking about wee hours of the morning. Some of you understand and know what that wee hours of the morning is. Brother Butch does it to himself. He gets up, what, three o'clock, 3.30? We're having him checked out. I'm pretty sure there's something from the neck up that's wrong. I'm not sure exactly what it is, but he gets up at 3.30 and goes to the gym and tries to keep himself healthy and things of that nature. I have not quite come to that conviction. My wife is working on me to make sure I should, but I'm not there yet. He gets up super early. Every single morning, brother Butch, you get to see the sunrise, don't you? Here's my philosophy, y'all ready for this? Very, very powerful philosophy, you ready? If God gave the sun enough brains to stay down until the time you see it come up, maybe I should too, okay? But, all right, so moving on, moving on. But as a whole, This early in the morning, early in the morning, we're talking about extremely early. It would have been a timeframe when you go from a moment of darkness to the moment of light. Now I kind of giving you a little bit of a cat out of the bag scenario, okay? But it's early in the morning, he's going to the temple, and it says all the people, verse number two, all the people came unto him and sat down and taught them. And the scribes and the Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery. So Jesus is in the middle of Sunday school, and in comes the lowlifes of the church. You know, the ones who are there, but they're not really part of the body, they're just, they look really good, they know how to dress, they know how to talk, but they're as dead as can be. Jesus said, you whited sepulchers. John the Baptist, I think, even told them what they were. You know, full of dead men's bones. In fact, Christ even called them viper serpents, you know. he was very direct sometimes, but they bring, here he is, he's teaching the people in the temple and they bring a woman, I can't get sidetracked the story, I've already preached on it before, but they bring this woman in, caught in adultery, and verse number three, the very end says, and when they had set her in the midst, They said unto him, Master," and by the way, keep in mind the sarcasm with that statement. They didn't consider him a master. They just knew many people did, so therefore they had to be careful how they referenced him. But to them, it was a joke to call him master. He's not our master. We're smarter than him. We know better than him. Who is this carpenter's son? That was their mentality. They said unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery in the very act. Or mind you, how did they find her in the act? Most people don't do things of that nature in the open, so it had to have been more than likely a setup. And by most accounts, there are many scholars that believe it's very possible that one of them was the bait. Interesting how she's the only one brought before them. The Bible was, as a matter of fact, Old Testament law declared that both parties would actually face death over that kind of a scenario. But moving on. So very caught in the very act in verse number five, they go on now, they're gonna teach Jesus something about scripture. Now Moses in the law commanded us that such should be stoned, but what sayest thou? And this they said, tempting him that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down and with his finger rode on the ground as though he heard them nod. Now, if that isn't a lesson that all of us, all of us could learn, myself included, there are times when we don't need to say a word. There are times when if we let the Holy Spirit guide, we'll just keep our mouths shut and move on. Because God knows the real intents of a particular scenario. And the real intent may not be what we think it is. Oh, here's my opportunity to show them and set them straight. You may not be the one that God wants to set them straight. He may just want you to walk away. But Jesus stooped down, didn't say a word. He easily could have fired back at them. I mean, as a whole, he's the son of God. He's God himself. Matter of fact, as a whole, when you look at it, he's the one that gave Moses the very law. They're quoting back to him. He could have easily said, you left a part out of my law. Let me explain where you're off on the law I gave you. But he didn't do all that. He just goes and starts riding in the ground as though he heard them not. Verse number seven, so when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself and said unto them, he that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. In other words, You have full right to cast a stone, and the first one that is without sin of your own, go ahead and start the throwing. It's amazing how no stone's left a hand yet. Verse number eight, and again, he stooped down and wrote on the ground. What he wrote, we don't know. Been lots of speculation as what it was, but whatever it was and whatever happened, it was enough that one by one, they began to disappear. And in verse number nine, and they which heard it, what, heard what he said, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, in other words, the ones who were wise enough to know we've been licked. I ain't staying, no, uh-uh, this is a no-win situation, I'm outta here. The oldest ones had a little more experience in losing battles. And it goes even to the last. The youngest, the most, you know, oh yeah, you know, they got the tiger by the tail. Even the last ones left, when you look around and realize, by the way, people are really brave when they got a whole bunch of others around them being stupid with them. Go out there and do it by yourself. Stick your neck out on the chopping block by yourself, and unless you have a conviction about something, unless you know you are in the right with God, it's really hard to stick your neck out and stay there when it's all by yourself. Bullies act that way, by the way. They only pick on those who think they can win against, or they only go up against people when they've got a bigger crowd and they know there's very few chances of losing. They leave one by one. And at the end, the last part of verse number nine, and Jesus was left alone and the woman standing in the midst. Now keep in mind, they're at the temple, he's been teaching, he didn't go anywhere. There is a crowd around watching. And verse number 10 says, and when Jesus had lifted up himself and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, woman, where are those thine accusers? Hath no man condemned thee? She said, no man, Lord, and Jesus said unto her, neither do I condemn thee, go and sin no more. Again, let me ultimately take this away from the people who use this passage improperly. Jesus, I've preached on this already, this is not a he gets us scenario. Whatever you do, I've said it before, please don't ever give me a plaque with he gets us. or he gets me, please don't do that, or anything of that nature, because that is the world's way of bringing Jesus to a level that he doesn't see any problem with how I'm living. He gets me. Me and God have an agreement. No. Yeah, we have an agreement. I'm wicked. He's holy. and I'm a sinner and guilty and gonna be separated from him without forgiveness. That's the agreement we have and it's given to me by God. I didn't get a chance to put my own input. Moving on. But he tells her, neither do I condemn thee, that is special. Neither do I condemn thee, but then he gives her the charge of what she is to do. Go and sin no more. Jesus came not to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved. He very himself declared, that is my purpose. I'm not here to condemn. Sin has done that job. The guilt of sin has condemned. The law given in the Old Testament is a revealer of the condemnation because no man can live righteous enough to be able to get rid of that condemnation. We know we're guilty because of what it would take to remove the guilt on our own. and we can't accomplish it on our own. The law is a schoolmaster teaching us about our guilt and how there's no hope in and of ourselves. And so, Jesus said, I've not come to condemn. I've come that the world through me might be saved. And therefore, he tells her, neither do I condemn thee. That's already been accomplished. You know you're condemned. You know you're guilty. But let me tell you what to do, go and sin no more. Now, this is not sinless perfection either, but what he's saying is, you know who to trust in, and now it's time to go and live a life, not according to the flesh, but according to God. And it's not living unto salvation, it's living because of salvation. Verse number 12 is where we are mainly focusing. We know this passage, but most of the time we do not read this passage in light of what has just happened. Jesus does not say that he goes anywhere, does not say that he begins to walk and goes to another town. It just says in that moment, as he tells her, go and sin no more, Jesus then looks and there's a whole crowd that's been watching this entire thing. And Jesus uses this scenario and this opportunity as a teaching opportunity about himself. And here's what he says in verse number 12. Then spake Jesus again unto them saying, I am the light of the world. He that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. So who is this Jesus? By his own declaration in the scripture, Jesus is the light of the world. I'm gonna pray here for a moment and then we're gonna ask the Lord to help us as we look at this very quickly. But then I wanna show you, I wanna tie very swiftly, I wanna tie together why this is said at the end of this scenario and what Jesus was teaching the crowd that was around him. But let's pray and ask the Lord to help us with this. Heavenly Father, again, we thank you for this morning. Thank you for the safety and the ability we have to be here today. And I pray that you would help us as we look into your word to see our Savior, the light of the world. Give us ammunition to go out and be able to make much of Jesus in the world and the society that lives around us. I pray that you do what only you can and we'll trust you for it and give you honor and glory for anything that's accomplished in us and what then can be accomplished through us We ask it all in Christ's name, amen. And as we look at this, just keep in mind, there are two things that he points to as I am the light of the world. Why would he turn to the crowd and say in that moment, I am the light of the world? And with that, he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. Now you, in this whole scenario, you've got two different groups of people as a whole. You have a woman who is caught in adultery and she is one group. She is the guilty by evidence, by clear understanding. She's the entrapped one, but as a whole, she is living a life of darkness. and she's been caught in it and now she is facing punishment. But you also have the group that set her up. They don't believe in the Son of God. They don't believe who Jesus is. They've got religiosity about them, and they've got a good religion, but it's a religion of manpower. It's a religion of ruling over people. It's a religion of using scriptures in a way to make people think fear and follow every rule I give. By the way, you'll find if you do a research on the temple and all in Jesus' time, on the Pharisees and the Sadducees and all of the religious elite, what you're gonna find is there is a lot of sacred laws and scriptures sacred commands to follow within Judaism that were not given to them by Moses or through the law of commands that they are actually following from God. There's a whole bunch of things that they have put as a burden of action on the people that were made by men and they used Old Testament scriptures to build a philosophy and a power struggle and a hold over people. And these Pharisees live like kings. And everybody was to practically bow down and kiss their big toe. They had turned it into a man-made religion while saying, we worship the one true God. and they would twist Old Testament scripture and add to them a burden of different things that would benefit the religious elite in the process. Now, if you're wondering, that sounds very familiar to a lot of ways that man's religions today operate. It's a near cult. One group. ruling over another group using spiritual things to keep them in line and keep them in check. Now some people accuse myself, preachers like me, those that believe as we believe when it comes to the scriptures, comes to the way that we believe in living holy lives. those lives that beseech you, therefore, brethren, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." And using that to say, because He is holy, we should live not We're not perfect, we're living in a way that would reflect Him, a holiness. Not that we're perfect, not that we've got everything figured out, but I live my life and if it comes down to it, I have to reject this flesh in order to reflect Him. Now some people say, that's just a whole bunch of rules to keep a whole bunch of people under your thumb. I didn't make the rules. I just relayed them. Now, here's the thing. God gave guidelines for life. Why? Because he is the light of the world. Jesus Christ, the light of the world, has shed light. Now, here's what the religious elite, here's their problem. They were living in darkness. The reason they hated Jesus is because he was light, and they hated light. You ever seen what cockroaches do when you turn the light switch on? They're all over the place. You just don't see them. Turn them on. They're everywhere. By the way, what you see, you can't forget. Right? It's no problem until you see it. Then all of a sudden, get me out of here. But as a whole, why did they not like Jesus? Because he was light. and they were living in darkness. Why is it that they were convicted and all disappeared? Because Jesus turned light, he turned truth on in their midst just by writing whatever he was writing in the sand. And when he spoke up and say, he that is without sin, basically cast the first stone. When he said that and he started writing, whatever it was, it shed light on an issue and they could not stay. Because as the Bible says, men love darkness rather than light because their deeds are evil. And people don't do wickedness in the most obvious lit up areas. People do wickedness in dark, dingy, hidden places. That's why every bar is dark. That was free. That's why you go down to New Orleans. Do you know, whatever you do, don't go to New Orleans. Trust me, I've been there so many times, not for the right reasons, okay? I've been there so many times doing Bible clubs around the area. I've been down there. Do you know when things in New Orleans really crank up? After it gets dark. Do you know when you don't go down towards the River Dock area and towards Bourbon Street. Do you know when you do not go down there? After dark. Unless, of course, you just want to be part of the wickedness. Now again, I have been down there after dark. How do I know? I've been down there. I didn't have a choice. We were down in that area. But I'm telling you, every satanic thing comes out at night, and that place goes so dark, wickedly, it's oppressive. I don't encourage anyone, whether child of God or not, I don't encourage anyone to even go there. There is a stranglehold on that city, and that city will one day, if the Lord doesn't return, that city will one day sink. That city will one day be destroyed because of the wickedness. Otherwise, God's gonna have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah. Moving on. That was not on my notes. Y'all stop it. Y'all get me on the wrong things. There is darkness present, not only with her life that she's living now, and with their life of religiosity that is in darkness. They're not worried about the light. They want to keep people in darkness so they follow them. And so there's darkness present, but Jesus shines light. And when he tells her, go and sin no more, that's when he says, I am the light of the world. He that followeth me shall not walk in darkness. He's telling her, you've seen light, you've received light. Now go walk in that light. Go and sin no more. They saw light and ran away from it. She received the blessing of that light. And Jesus said, now that you've got light, go live a life that reflects the light and not the darkness you used to live in. So he's teaching them about himself. Now, I'm gonna give you these three things and I gotta move quickly on this. So y'all hold on, I got tons of scripture. I'm gonna try to get them in. Ready, here we go. So there's three things about the light. The darkness of the world has seen a light in Christ. And by the way, that is where we're supposed to send the gospel, send the light. The blessed gospel light, why? Because every bit of light that goes out spreads into the darkness. And I'm gonna get some information on that in just a moment. But there's three areas that we see that Jesus is showing them through verse number 12. The very first part, there he said, I am the light of the world. He shows them and declares to them the source of light. He said, I am, and that's a whole nother group of messages that one day we'll have to get into where Jesus, where God himself or Jesus, the son of God, where God is revealing he is the I am, there's a whole bunch of stuff in that, but I am is seen a lot. is I am the light of the world. The source of this light is Jesus Christ himself. And he is the light unto men in darkness. In John 9, five, Jesus said, as long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. Now we've talked about that before. He said, as long as I am here, I am the light. Well, he's not here now. So who is the light? Ye are the light of the world. How am I light? Because you've received it and it's within. It's time to now be a lighthouse. The lighthouse does not have light of itself. The lighthouse has a light within it that shines and all it is, the glass has to stay clean. Everything's gotta stay clean. So the light that is present, the lighthouse is not on fire. The lighthouse is not a, you don't just take the whole top of the lighthouse and set it on fire. Okay, she's gonna burn for good now. You don't do that. Within the lighthouse, there is a light. And that light is lit. In years and past, it was like a big wick and it would be lit with fire, yes. And they had to keep that fire going. But beyond that, one of the biggest jobs of the lighthouse, when it was actually like a large lantern to a degree, was the windows would blacken over time. And if the windows blackened, you could not see the light because it would be contained and hid, if you want to put it this way, hid under a bushel. So the operator, of the lighthouse would have to go and he would have to clean the inside and the outside on a regular basis because there were those in darkness that when there was no light, when there's a storm especially, there's no moon, there's no stars, they could not see where they were going. Something had to give them a waypoint to know that's the point of safety. There's the answer of truth. That is the true way. It just gets gooder and gooder. That is the true way. There is wreck, there is ruin in the darkness, but there is a true path that I can follow with the light from the lighthouse. Guess what we are? We are nothing more than lighthouses. I don't have light of myself, but within me, when I receive Christ as my Savior, There was a light that has sprung up within me, and that light has to be able to shine to others. It is not me, it is Christ in me, the hope of glory. That light shines. He's no longer walking this earth in a human form and body, but there's the comfort of the Holy Spirit that has been promised. There is that spirit of truth that is within us. And with that, we have the light of Christ. dwelling in every believer in Jesus and that light, by the way, so what is our responsibility? I don't create the light, I don't make the light, but I'm to be the light for others. How in the world is that gonna happen? What is my responsibility? You gotta keep that lighthouse clean so people can see the light. And that's where people say, well, that's just legalism. No, it's not, it's biblical holiness. How in the world can, well, how in this world can the world see anything in me that's worth noticing if it's just of me? I have nothing to offer anybody. You have nothing to offer anybody. A child of God, all we have to offer is not our knowledge and not our faithful church membership and faithfulness to the house of God and faithfulness to this. We don't have anything to offer. All we have to offer is the light within us that is not even of us. We have benefited from it and somebody else needs to see it as they are about to go to shipwreck in the darkness. The source of the light is Jesus Christ. David spoke in confidence of the Lord being the source of light. Psalm 27 verse number one, the Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? Christ's presence on earth, was the fulfillment of Old Testament passage of Scripture in Isaiah 9. Actually, it's Isaiah 9.2, but there's a whole lot more around those that you could read, but not going to. But Isaiah 9.2, Isaiah said, the people that walked in darkness have seen a great light. They that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath light. hath the light shined. Now, with that, it's a prophecy of what is to come through Jesus Christ. Say, how do you know that? Matthew chapter four, just write this down, Matthew four, and I believe it's verse number 12 through verse number 16. Let me pull this up here. Matthew four, and look at with me at verse number 12. Yes, verse number 12 says, Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he departed into Galilee, and leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zebulun and Naphtali. By the way, those are mentioned in Isaiah. That it might be fulfilled, which is spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying, The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtalim By the way of the sea beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles, the people which sat in darkness saw great light, and to them which sat in the regions and shadow of death, light is sprung up." It's all about Jesus. He is light in this awful darkness that we call life. He is not only in that passage in verse number 12 that he say, I am the source of the light, but he goes on and he says, he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness. He gives the course of that light. Here is the course and the way. What does the light bring me to? What does the light show me? He that followeth me, the walk, with God, the course that life should take with the Lord. He that followeth me shall not walk in darkness. He is light, and as we walk with him, we walk in the light, and therefore cannot walk in darkness. As Christ expressed here, it is not enough just to know the source, to know where the source comes from, you must be willing to walk and dwell in the source, in light. Many times we know light, but we dwell in the darkness. It's like a ship staying out in the water just off the harbor there. And they just go ahead and weigh anchor and just, I'm sorry, lay out the anchor, just go ahead and put it down. And we're just gonna sit here, see the lighthouse, we see everything there, we know where to go. We're just gonna sit here though, because we like walking and rocking back and forth and puking our guts up. That would be insane. Why if you know the course, if you know the way, you see the source, you know the course you gotta take, why would you wanna stay where you are? Follow the light. Go with God. It sounds crazy, but so many times people, we tend to sometimes live that way. We know what's right, we know what the Bible says, we know what Jesus has shown us through his life and through all that we have been given through scripture, and yet still we choose to do some things we know we should not. Still we choose to do and follow some things we know that are completely opposite of the light. We know where the source comes from, it's darkness. We know what they're trying to accomplish. We know the path they're trying to put me on. And yet I still will follow some of this instead of following the light. That is something we all battle. It's called a sin nature. It is a fleshly issue. And there is a battle, a war of the Spirit of God against the flesh of man. And by the way, whichever one you feed the most is the one who's gonna win. Moving quickly, Jesus said, I am come, in John 12 verse number 46, He said, I am come a light into the world that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. For those who are lost, they have to make the, not just seeing the source, but they've got to come to that light. John 12, 35 says, when Jesus said unto them, then Jesus said unto them, yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you. For he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth. That's real deep. Practical application is so profound and powerful. If you walk in darkness, you don't know where you're going. Shouldn't be hard to figure out. For those who are saved, by the way, those who have placed their faith, they've not only seen the light, but they've come to the light. You know Christ as your Savior, then your only course now is to walk in the light because we are to be a reflection of that which now is within us. 1 John 1, 5-7 says, this is the message which ye have heard of him and declare unto you that God is light and in him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in darkness, we lie. and do not the truth. But if we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another and the blood of Jesus Christ, his son cleanses us from all sin. It's amazing how that walk helps the child of God in this life on a daily basis. By the way, it's a lot easier to be around God's people when we're all living right with God. I'm not saying that we don't believe you can get your salvation, lose your salvation, gain your salvation, lose your salvation. I got more scripture to prove that that is a false way of believing than anything else. But as a whole, we do understand that once saved, though you are always saved and you will not have that removed, you're not gonna be blotted out for any reason. The Bible and Jesus Christ himself promised that. But as a whole, just being saved does not mean that you are gonna choose on a regular basis to walk in the light. to walk as light, we have to make that confident choice of conviction on a daily basis. And here's the last and I'm done, I gotta stop. But there's not only the source, who is Jesus, the course following Him in the light, but there is the force of this light, the power behind it. Just how powerful is the light of the world, Jesus Christ. Just how powerful is that light that he gives? Well, he says in the last part of verse number 12, but shall have the light of life. It's a new life. The power with which the light shines forces the darkness into unrecoverable retreat. And I just got to give you this because it is scientifically proven. And you look at many sources, they say this is a scientifically accurate statement. Darkness is not a thing. Darkness has no element of itself. Darkness is, scientifically, darkness is the absence of light. And here's some things I found that are great explanations of this. It means that darkness is simply the condition where no visible light is present and is not a separate entity on its own. Couple of examples of explanation. Physical perspective. When light is blocked or not present in a space, we perceive that space to be dark. Okay, so we look to space. Why are there areas of space? Why is it dark? Why when it goes nighttime, it is dark. You look to the stars, you see little pin lights out there, but as a whole, the vastness of space is dark. Why? Because the vastness of space has a lot of space that has no light shining. And without light, with absence of light, there is a void. Here's a human perspective, or I should say a human perception is a way. So physical perspective, human perception, this is powerful. Y'all ready for this? Our eyes can only see when light enters them. Y'all with me? Think about I am the light. Our eyes can only see when light enters them. How do you know you're saved? Because my eyes have been opened. Light has shined. I can see. I am not lost. I know the way. Why? Because I've received light. I've accepted that light in Jesus Christ. Our eyes can only see when light enters them. So in the absence of light, we experience darkness. So in the absence of Christ, the only thing left is darkness. Spiritually, people, some just say, I just don't see all that stuff in that Bible. I just read it, it just sounds like a whole bunch of garbledy-goo. It's because there's no light that you have seen. You're looking at it in darkness and you're not letting the light shine. When you receive the light, all of a sudden, wow, look at all this. Man, how did I never know this? This stuff is powerful. Man, I wish I would have known that when I was 20. Oh my goodness, right? It's because light has shined and now you can see. Here it is, the end, 2 Timothy, I don't have time to take you over there, but go read 2 Timothy chapter one, verse eight through 10 at some point. And just talking about the light that brings life from death to life. We now have life, and listen, when you go from nothingness and you have life, that's some pretty powerful stuff. There is deadness within us, and yet Christ brings us to life by the light of the world that he is. The power of Christ, the light of the world, not only causes the darkness to flee, but it also causes death to be abolished. Romans 8.1, it says, there is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus. I came not to condemn the world, No condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus. Not of them that know who He is. That's the source. Good for you. But to them that not only know, but to them who have taken of that light and have received. Now that light shines within, and that light now has an opportunity to show you just how powerful in its rejuvenating abilities, and it lights everything. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. The word of God. Oh man, go back to John. In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God. Glory. I gotta move, I gotta quit, I gotta quit. I'm getting hyped up here, I gotta be careful. You say you are, I'm containing it, trust me. If I let it loose, we'll never leave. All right, Romans 8, 1 though. does talk about that power. There's no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus, who walked not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. The light that has now shone within through the gospel of Jesus Christ. The light of the world invites you to come to His light. You see the source. He'll teach you the right course. And through that, you'll experience the power of the forcefulness of genuine light to drive out the darkness. You and I can't do it, but the light of the world has all the power there is needed to drive the darkness. from the presence of the child of God, but also to shine a light and drive the darkness, keeping the world blind. Satan wants to keep them blind lest they see the light of the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ. Don't let people stay blind in darkness just because the windows of my life need to be cleaned. If you've got the light within, clean The lighthouse, so that the light can shine because there are people about to go in, they're about to sink in destruction because of the wreck that's about to take place. They are in darkness, they have no hope, they're in complete despair, and somebody needs to shine the light. Send the light, the blessed gospel light. Who is that light? It's Jesus Christ. share that light with somebody this week.
