A Tale of Three Kings

Caesar Augustus and Herod were ruling when the the fullness of time came and the Son became incarnate. Their road to kingship was paved with pride, self-promotion, and brute force. Christ path to the throne of heaven was pave with humility, self-abasement, and human weakness. When Christ returns, it will be in power as the King of kings and Lord of lords.
