Wow, man. Man, that's amazing. Wow. Go ahead and start recording
right now. Oh yeah, he's going to prove
you wrong. You get 10 bucks. No, I'm going
to get 10 bucks. I'm going to get 10 bucks. 10 bucks. You're going to go
on camera, and you get a problem. I'm going to get 10 bucks. I'm going to get 10 bucks. I'm going to get 10 bucks. I'm going to get 10 bucks. I'm
going to get 10 bucks. I'm going to get 10 bucks. You gonna be a star? Get off. Get off. Get off. Get off. Get off. Get off. Get off. Get off. Get off. Get off. Get off. Get off. This is one of the most exciting, I guess,
exhibition and testimony times. This is really a treat right
here. I have our guest that I'm going
to introduce to you. This guy is a modern-day Robin
Hood. Who knows who Robin Hood is?
Anybody? All right. What does Robin Hood do? John?
He saves people. That's right. And what is his
way of saving? How does he do that? What does
he use? He uses a bow and arrow. He is a hero himself. This is
game shift when everybody looks back. I want to ask the teacher one
thing before he does this. When he does some shooting and
some things, he's got some very important lessons he's wanting
to teach them. So you guys, I know you want to get excited, but
once you get through getting excited, go out and back down
and listen and watch him so that you don't miss his lesson and
his point that he has for you. Because he wants to share some
very important things with y'all. Game simple, everybody. It's a privilege and an honor
to be here today. It's a blessing to feel that
we're lucky to have Reverend Bailey with us. He's such an
inspiration and a pleasure to be around. Every day he's got
a smile on his face and he's very positive and that's the
kind of people you like to be associated with. And I feel that
y'all are blessed in many ways to have him as a preacher. Thank
you. I'm going to do some trick shooting
first to try to entertain you, and then I'm going to give my
testimony to share with you what the good Lord has done for me. You know, Daniel Boone, you know,
he was real good. With a muzzleloader, he could
get two shots off in 60 seconds. If you're real good, then you
have to be real good to do that. I'll give you an idea of what
he had to contend with, the Indian. Let's see how many errors I can
put in that part in 60 seconds to give you an idea of what he
had to contend with. I'm going to get even if I can't
make it. Woo, that was near good. You kids keep in mind, how good
you get in anything is how much effort you put in it. You can
do anything that you want to do, if you want to do it bad
enough. The bottom line, the choice is
yours. What you do with your lives is strictly up to you,
and I hope one of you is to be a Christian. I'm going to show you the proper
way to shoot a bow, and then I'm going to play. When I shot
competitively, it was hard work. Now I get to travel all over
the country to play. There you go. Wow. Now that's a proper way to shoot
a bow, with your fingers. This is a Matthews Conquest 3
with a zero effect rest by Muzzy. I'm going to show you some things
that they say is impossible to do with it. It's going to be a miracle if
somebody hits Harvey. Okay, what I'm gonna do is attempt
to shoot upside down. Joe Ponder's not here to pick
me up with his teeth, so I'm gonna do it the best way I can. Joe Ponder's was the world's
strongest teeth. He picked me up with his teeth
while I hung upside down, shot 10 bullseyes in 60 seconds, setting
a world record, 1989. I've got pictures up front that
I'll be giving away. And I got a picture of me also.
I'll be getting away if anybody would like to have it. And we'll
leave it to Reverend Bailey when it's time to do that. We'll give
them out. When y'all want to come back
after your last class tonight, we're going to do a raffle. And
we're going to give out, we'll give you those signatures with
that on them then. And take notice, this is upside
down with a drop-away wrist, which is impossible, they say. Whoa. I forgot these areas don't
want to fall out. Now that was too easy, obviously. That was too easy. You want me to make it harder? Yeah!
Put your knee up against it and push and pull. Wow! I'm not that strong of a man. Now if you're in aerobics and
you believe in exercising, I'm going to show you how you tighten
that stomach muscle. Remember, where there's a will,
there's a way. Now that was amazing, wouldn't
you like that? Now I'm going to show you how
you can tighten your muscles in your body up. This is a drop-away, this is
a zero-fake drop-away draft by Muzzy and it's impossible to
do, they said. Yes, yes. You know, they got lasers on
guns, now they got them on bows. They got lasers on guns, now
they got them on bows. Yes, sir. What are you going to do with
these balloons? I don't know what that was, but
that's the ugliest thing I've ever seen. It's not bad when you've got
to sneak up on a glass of water to get a drink. I'm going to
try it anyway. Now what are you going to do
in that mirror? I'm going to look in it and shoot
backwards. You're going to look in the mirror
at yourself and shoot the bow that way? Yeah. There you go. He's going to shoot a balloon. Keep going. He's going to look
in the mirror. He's going to smile. So we need to line that up. We need to line it up. See if you see a dog on the ledge. You've got an answer so I can
use it. Sit here, dog. Look, he's not even looking. He's looking in the mirror. Hey, I never stood up for a woman. Also, this laser shows you how
much you shake. He missed again! See? He's going to get this one, right? Yeah, I'm going to shoot him
now. Here you go. Here you go. Here you go. Let's go. For this next son, I need a volunteer. This one. Jane will. Jane will. Do it again! Do it again! Do
it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do
it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do
it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do
it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do
it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do
it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do
it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do
it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do
it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do
it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do it again! Do
it again! Do it again! Do it again! Can you fix me, honey? They shot
an anvil on the son's head. Uh-oh. I said, you're a girl.
You're a girl. We need a chair for her instead. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. That's a small apple. That's a small apple. You've got to be still or it
won't sit up there. Can't we get a bigger apple? Don't move your head. Look that
way. You can't move, Karen. Let's start praying for
Jane. Don't move. Don't move. Don't move, Jane. You cannot
move. Yeah, we better pray like this. Let's say it. Prayer always helps. You ain't got to do this. We're going to say a prayer. And what it is, when they have
a sacrifice, they're going to supply the sacrifice. Something
else is going to come up. Lord, we don't want to get in
front of this arrow that's moving. We ask you to help us, Lord,
and put something in its place. Lord, help us through this situation,
and we just trust you because we ask it in Jesus's mighty name. Amen. Amen. Okay? Look at that. The prayer's already working. Y'all keep your eye on that. It's a small one, but keep your
eye on it. It's going to be a great day. This was not done to intimidate
you or humiliate you. This was done to teach you to
never think you're there. Never let nobody shoot at you
with nothing, no matter how good they are or how good they may
say they are, you know? That's good for me. Most of all, please say no to
drugs. We don't need it. You know, you
could be one of our future leaders. She's got a lot of hair. She's got a lot of hair. OK. OK. You know, Muzzy, I'm always bragging
about how bad their broad is. Well, we're going to check it
out and see how bad it really is. What's the broad here? It
is a tip that you put on the end It's razor sharp. This is what
you hunt with. This is what Muzzy makes in broadheads. They found a new one out. It's called the MX4. It's the baddest broadhead they've
ever made. It's stronger. We're going to
test it right here in a minute. Reverend Bailey, let me put that
there before I'm done. In the front there. Elevate it
a little bit. But we're still not going to shoot no animals,
right guys? No, no. We're just going to shoot
a steel drum and make a point. Never shoot an animal. Never. I'm going to say fire in the
hole because it's going to make a noise. That's if you don't
bounce off and ricochet off them walls and come back around the
rest of the town like a shish kebab. It looks like it's brand new. You're not going to believe what
you see in here because it is hard to believe. We use a wrench
to tighten it down before you use it so it will hold up alright. They say it's bad, and I'm going
to show you it's bad. How many broadheads on a market
day can you take completely apart, put back together, and reused it over and over,
but there's only one that I know of, and that's the Muzzy. They say it's bad, you just witness
how bad this new product really is. There's a lot of most broad-ed
companies today that just copy Muzzy with the Cho-Car tip. Cho-Car
means three-size hologram. What it does, it blows material
out to the sides and makes a path for the blades. To show you how
old it is, it's the only tip that would go through the armor
shield in the Roman war. It's a trocar tip. So that's
why they went to it, because it's the best tip known to man.
They used it for surgery. They say, in fact, just witness
how fast it is. There's another. What I'd like to do now is share
with you my experience with the Lord. In 1964, it was
a normal August day. Keep in mind, though, the way times
are changing today, We better have our heart right
because the time, it might be sooner than you think that Jesus
is coming. Which I'll explain with my experience. I was a carpenter, a late carpenter. I was born and raised in Portland. In Portland, most houses are
built out of concrete. It's nailed to concrete and has
to be treated. Well, the electricians have nailed
several boxes to seal it. So a helper and I had to go to
this duplex to correct the problem. So we get to the duplex and we're
correcting these problems. We get them all corrected, but
there's one more. It's the living room. There was
26 sheets of half-inch sheetrock that was 12 foot long, weighing
110 pounds apiece. I jumped in the door, right here
beside me, the front door open. The room is 14 foot wide and
the sheetrock's 12 foot. We could not sit behind it to
see if we needed to be straightened the rock. So I asked my helper,
let's pull it out just enough to look behind and if there's
a problem, we will take one sheet off at a time and correct it. Well, the weight shifted. I told him to jump out of the
way. I tried to jump out the door. I didn't make it. What
I'm about to tell you now is what I suppose. Instead of him taking one sheet
off at a time off of me, he panics, goes next door to get help. Nobody
home. Gets in his Jeep, drives two
miles down the road in Tom's Concrete to get help. When they come back, I'm planning
to quit there. My eyes bolt out of my cheeks. I just can't do this anymore.
License. As they're getting sheetrock
off of me, the ambulance is backing up to the front door. The paramedics
started working on me. Finally got my heart going again.
On my way to the hospital, I had another problem. I hadn't been
long eating lunch. I was drowning in my own puke. They worked on me several hours. on duty that day. He called my
parents into his office. He said, we've done all we can
do for your son. If he lives, he'll be a willed
God. If he does live, he'll be a vegetable,
because he's been without options for so long. He said, I suggest
we pray. Well, 36 hours went by. It was
a touch of gold. The first thing I remember when
I come to, is my mother crying. She said, is it gonna make it? You know, I was raised in an aggressive
family, and I believed in prayer. But I believe it in a different
way now, because I know it's answering. Amen. It's different
when you're told something. and when you experience something.
And if anybody of you today don't know the Lord, if you only knew
what you're missing, it's such a wonderful experience to know
He'll be there for you. All you have to do is ask Him.
Is this—prayers, is this unreal, what prayer does? And the faith
of God. I wouldn't want to go through
life without knowing the Lord. And whatever, is this a wonderful
experience. And I hope God will bless y'all. I want to go ahead and make that
challenge right now for salvation. I know you got class later, but
I kind of feel to do that right now with this testimony. If you
didn't understand what he was saying, it's why he was doing
sheetrock. This accident took place and all of this weight
Instead of getting one at a time off, he panics, he runs off to
get help, and then he dies in the process. Because of God,
because of prayer, he's here today. And he's been saved by
God's lawless grace. And that is something that just
didn't happen. That just didn't happen to him.
He had to ask Jesus Christ to come into his heart and mind.
And that is something that when I was eight years old in 1972
and he's got his salvation experience with death, he actually died
in a sense and was resuscitated and was able to be normal today,
not on a machine or anything else. And I say this, some of
you that are here today, you're young, I was eight years old.
You may, I don't know what your age would be, but when you come
to that age of accountability, I was eight years old in 1972. And I heard a message of the
gospel like he was telling here today. And I heard about the
gospel of what Jesus did for us. Jesus, he was the ultimate
sacrifice for all of our sins. Actually, he actually, he came
from heaven here to be the sacrifice for all of our sins. Now, when
I was eight years old, I didn't even understand all the concept
of that. But what I did understand is how do you get that? How do
you get what he's got? How do you get salvation? How
do you get saved? You have to, first of all, the
ADCs, you have to admit that you're a sinner. How many of
us does our laundry? Your mama does the laundry. Y'all
know that? You know, you gotta wash them. It's wash day, they
call it. Well, you know, you gotta wash
them clothes. You keep wearing them clothes every day, they
get stinky, and they smell, and they're nasty. You get all that
dirt and food all over them clothes. That's exactly how this soul
is. It gets, it gets so, with sin,
it's like, it's just nasty. What, what can we do to wash
it? What can we do to cleanse it? Well, we put the clothes
Mama does in the washing machine. How can you wash away that sin?
There was no answer. Tell them, John. You could either
take a shower or a bath. All right. And then you'd get
the dirt off. But what about that sin? It's
been around since Adam and Eve. Sin's been around that long in
the Garden of Eden, OK? And so how can you Jesus was
that sacrifice? When he came, he went to Calvary,
and he died so that his shed blood would cover all of our
sins and wash us. All that filthy sin that's in
our life, he'll cleanse it up like a washing machine does clothes.
And man, when Jesus gets done, you say, so you've got to admit
you're a sinner. Lord, and I keep telling you, too, I pray. I say,
Lord, I want you to save me and cleanse me from my sins, because
I'm a sinner. And I didn't know much about
what I was doing. I was just eight years old. And
the next thing I did, I had to believe. By faith, I had to believe
in what I was asking God to do. How do you do that? You say,
you pray. Say, Lord. You can say your name,
or you can say, I'm Darrell Bailey. You can say, I'm Gabriel. You
can say, I'm John. And you say, Lord, I'm a sinner,
and I want you to cleanse me. I want you to save me, and I
want you to make me whole. That's what he had to do before
he could get saved, is ask Jesus Christ to come into his heart
and run. And then, after you admit, then
you believe, you confess. This is very important, because
how many others can think about this error? See, this pulls out
of thinking in your mind. You think it, right? That's exactly
what you've got to do is you've got to put more than just this
head knowledge to it. 18 inches below is your heart.
Right there, that's the bullseye. That's the bullseye. That's what
the Lord is aiming for with you today. He is aiming for your
heart, not just up here to get it in your mind or your senses,
to see the bullseye. He is trying to get it 18 inches
below in your heart here. And that is what you've got to
confess with your mouth. and believe in your heart, 18
inches below. Lord, I confess you as my Savior,
and I want you to forgive me of all my sins and cleanse them,
and save me forever and ever. And when you say that, the scripture
says, whosoever, you can put your name into whosoever, whosoever
shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. He didn't
say he might be. He didn't say, damn, damn, if
he missed, he missed sometimes because he wanted to. You know,
when he shot that gun, he deliberately shot that guy between the eyes.
That's right. He didn't mean to shoot the guy
between the eyes. He wanted to challenge your young
minds to never let anybody dare you to do anything. Drugs, anything. Somebody you don't know, you
never volunteer. You never get in a vehicle. You
never go anywhere with only people you know. That was his message
to you. And he was challenging you. Now
he's took it a step further. And that message is salvation.
The only way that you can get that salvation 18 inches below
in the heart of the fool's hand is get it from the head and think
about it. But you've got to confess it. And when you confess it,
you've got to believe it in your heart. Now, if you ask your mom
to do it and daddy to do something for you, when you say it, do
you believe it? Do you believe they're going
to put something on the table when you ask them? That's the concept. You've got to ask God, God, I
want you to save my soul. But when you're thinking it,
you're believing it in your heart. That's what faith is all about.
It's a simple faith. Now, I want to do this. It's
as far as admitting, believing, and confessing Jesus Christ.
Now, I want to do this. I want to challenge every one
of you. Some of you have no idea what I'm talking about. But some
of you do. Some of you do. And what I mean
by that, because you She's so cute. Thank you. Okay. That's lame. You stay around too much. Some of the parents are probably
coming in here shortly. And as the parents come on in,
the first thing we're going to do is say, again, aloha. Aloha! I've got some of y'all to talk
to. And I'm going to tell you, my
wife, I know this is before you kids this time, but my wife,
my wife's mother, she used to sing with Don Ho on stage. And her stage name was Don Ho.
Catalina Pontesoff was her stage name. Everybody has stage names,
and I know you young kids don't know who I am, but the adults,
y'all know who Don Hollywood is. And my wife, like I said,
she don't have all that singing abilities like her mother does,
but her mother had a beautiful voice. She's a heavenly man.
And I want to say this before we go around. I want to praise
God because we had five kids that made salvation decisions. That is something that when a
kid makes that decision, that's something that you're just going
to have to watch that kid. and just watch them and recognize
them and really just see and just really respect and see that
faith that they still have. Because time will surely tell.
And also the example that you set. I want to do this is I want
to say those five kids' name for the honor and glory of Jesus
Christ. And we've actually followed up
in the scripture and showed them scripturally what that means
with each one of them in a setting where they could really think
about what we were talking about. Solely their choice, it was not
this race for me and you're saved kind of stuff, nothing like that.
I want to mention behind the glory of Jesus Christ, these
choices that were made, it was Gabriel Jones, Jonathan Sr.,
Zachary Franklin, Caleb Moser, and a lot of Caleb. Is that right? It's Caleb, yeah. And so I want
to praise God for those five choices. I want to challenge you, let's
pray in the future that as seeds, not only these other kids, but
they were seeds that were planted today that in time will really
will benefit your children as well. And so your children, if
they're not saved, we'll see them saved. So the first thing
we're going to do is we're going to do the raffles, okay? What
we're going to do is she's going to come around and give you a
ticket, and everybody's going to win this. Everybody gets a
prize, but what we're doing is we don't want to pick out, you
know, anything. When you get called, you come
up, and we're going to give you a thing. Now, not only are you
going to get that, you remember David Sheehan, modern-day Robin
Hood. Everybody put your hands together. So when you come up, I want you
to get a poster with his signature as well on it, okay? So I'm gonna
give her a few minutes to get out the ticket. And then we're
gonna, I didn't want to put that Hawaiian music off yet. Is it
okay with you? We got Hawaiian music playing
kind of in the background.
