Praise as well as persecution can hinder the Gospel from going forward. Ministers beware! Paul and Barnabas do not take the easy path of ministry, but as faithful ministers longing to see the people trust in the Lord, they corrected them, and with difficulty, kept them from offering up sacrifice to them. Eyes must be redirected to Christ away from ourselves.
