- Many in the Church today have confused sanctification with religious moralism. (The Problem)
- God has done much more than remove outward in purity. He has changed the inner man. (The Correction)
a. Sanctification requires an inward change of the person; NOT outward conformance.
b. Sanctification is an ongoing work of the word of God.
c sanctification bears real, material results. - We MUST live by the indwelling of Christ's Spirit and not just moralistic behavior. (The Follow-Through)
