All right, the message today will be, I'm not sure. I have intentions of continuing where I left off. Some time ago, I was continuing my journey into destiny. But the freedom to do so was not there. So a few hours of the morning, I got up and changed the message. So let's see where the spirit of God is going to take us. All right? The gist of my message actually was there, but I just made some alterations. Genesis 3 and 15. He says there, I will put hostility between you and the woman, between your seed and her seed. He will strike your head, and you will strike his heel. Now, there's a transition that he would crush your head, and you would bruise his heel. I prefer that one. There's a disparity between the impact here. This verse is a verse that we read and sometimes fail to appreciate the profoundness of this verse. But this was the first gospel ever preached. It was the very first gospel ever preached. You know, after man fell into sin, that the deception of Satan. God looked at Satan and says, I will put hostility between you and the woman. Now, the woman was not Eve. God was speaking to Satan. What happened after that, it was, we can talk about it just now. Between your seed, now Satan has seen it. That's what God is saying to Satan, your seed and her seed. Now who is the her? He qualifies it with an expert's phrase. He, the seed of this woman that God is talking about, This is what God is talking about here. It's very profound. It traces its way through a nation. That was my original message. Through a nation. To a woman. That's the nation of Israel. But we deviate today. We've been looking at a lot of scripture. The seed of the devil and the seed of the woman. Who are these? Who are these that God is talking about? As I said, the woman was not he. Because you know what happened? After man sinned, they continued to sin that God said he regretted he made man. It was a disaster. The offspring of Adam and Eve were a disaster. That God said he would... I mean, we saw what happened. Demons were involved in the human... There is that tension now between the two sides of the woman. Surprised at the world. And he has many children. making them covenants because they are children of Satan. That's not a true statement. We are all born children of the devil. We all are there, right? That's where we started. The devil sinned from the beginning. Can you believe that? Yeah. And for this purpose, the seed of the woman, the son of God, was manifest that he might destroy The works of Satan. Now that is going right back to Genesis. Commit sin and that is practicing sin or live in sin and enjoy sin. Why? Back to that same seed, the seed remaining in him, that's a new birth. So God has children, but they gotta be born of God. And those who deceive, he said, cannot sin. That means practicing, why? Because they are born of God. And this is manifest, the trend of God is manifest, and the trend of the devil. Whoso doeth righteousness, whoso doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither loveth not his brother. So there you are. Descriptive is very clear. We are not all God's children by natural descent. He knew the seed of the woman. All right? What did he say there? And thus they were children of the devil. That's what Jesus says. So we got that split. There are two seeds in the world. Hellish. Their thoughts were hellish. And those are the things they conceived in their wicked minds. But we can draw from that to illustrate what we're talking about. The people that were locked up in those boxcars are like men without Christ. You are a prisoner of Satan. You are a prisoner in his domain. You can't let yourself out. You cannot pray yourself out. You cannot cry yourself out. Jesus the seed must let you out. He said that whom the son set free is free indeed. You know, I talked to a friend this week. And she told me that her aunt is about to die in two weeks. Once I heard that, I said, wow. Where did my mind go? I said right away, eternity. My mind went to eternity. And I asked the question. But that's the idea. If you do not have the son, you don't have life. You are not a child of God. So we're going to trace that. The line, that promise by God, the seed, that is the seed of the woman that would crush the serpent's head, which is Satan, the tracker. And we go back to Isaiah 14. Very good to read that passage. You know, God was speaking to Ahaz, a very wicked king. Asked for a sign. And he said, I will not ask for a sign. Okay, God said, I'm going to give you a sign. And this was a sign. The virgin will conceive. Children can be transformed into the kingdom of God. What a glorious hope. That's why we are here on a Sunday morning too. To celebrate that wonderful hope. And then you go rise like a knight. Again, the prophet is writing, Isaiah spoke a lot about the coming of the seed, the Son of God. And so we'll touch a lot of those verses. These are passages you know, so bear with me. If you know them, let them refresh your heart. If you don't know these passages, this is God laying that thread throughout history in prophetic language, that promised seed that will come. Remember, Satan is under threat. He's under threat from them. The people walking in darkness have seen a great light. Now, who are these people? And those living in the land of deep darkness, light has dawned. Now, the prophet is writing about the coming sea. Now, who are these people walking in darkness? I think these are the Jewish people. They have light, but yet they walked in darkness. And we know their story. They walked it down, they rejected the light that was given to them. Those that live in the land of deep darkness, those are Gentiles. There was no way for them to know light. They were far off. Remember we said, and this story is interesting. That's where my message will have gone. Of the masses of humanity in the domain of darkness, God selected one man. And through that man, light is going to come to the world. That's Abraham. But we're going to leave that story for another time. So the dwellers and prisoners in the domain of darkness, Jew and Gentile, they have seen a great light. And that light is the Son of God, Jesus Christ, the one who would loose and liberate the sons of Satan. from his domain and bring them into his marvelous life. Thank for greatness. The government will be on his shoulders. That's another subject. Millennial glory. And that's the way the line is running us. The government will be on his shoulders. That is when men are loosed. And I'm just gonna add here, we'll come to that down the road. But when this occurs, the devil to whom the Lord spoke and made that threat, he will be locked up in the abyss for a thousand years, right back to Genesis. The sea road will crush your head. He will be locked up for a thousand, the Satan is fully away now. Don't underestimate the knowledge of Satan. He know a lot of scripture. He understand all this. But there's something he doesn't know. The mystery that God intend to Christ was a secret, hid from all Asians. For had the prince of this world known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. That was the seed that would crush his head. That was the act that would seal his fate. God hid that from him. But Satan was looking. and was acting to thwart God's purpose. But you cannot thwart God's purpose. No man can. No one. Wonderful counselor. Mighty God. This is the seed. The seed of the woman. Prince of peace. The greatness of his government. And you know what, that little clause at the end, the seal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish it. That's like a stamp. God is stamping. This will be done. Final, finished, accomplished. And that is coming. The world is longing. The Bible says the whole creation groans and travail in pain. They are waiting for this very moment. When the promised seed will assume the government upon his shoulders, it is only then that this world will know true peace, as written in all these wonderful things. They're gonna happen. And it's through the promised seed, the seed of the woman. The path of that seed. The prophet writes concerning what sort of life Jesus will live. He talks about the shoot shall come out of the stump of Jesse. That's a Jewish movement, right? David, the Davidian guy. It's a stump where the seed is going to come out. From his root, a branch will bear fruit. That's the seed that was promised. The root. The stump is cut, the tree is cut down, but the stump is there, the root is there. It's not dead. And that's a little like, again, the Jewish people are not finished, never has been. God didn't finish with them yet. And this is the promise of the prophet. He said, a root. From his root, a branch will bear fruit. And that's Christ, the seed, and the spirit of the Lord, the rest of him, and then we see all the wonderful things that will emanate from that. The spirit of wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge in the field. He will delight, and he will delight in the field of the Lord. He will not judge what he sees with his eyes, or discern what he hears with his ears, but with righteousness, he will judge the needy and the just. He will give decisions for the poor of the earth. Justice will roll down like a river. The world is a very unjust place. Just look at the news and see how corrupt our system of justice is. This is supposed to be the best in the world. It's supposed to be. All the checks and balances were put in place, but you know what? The human condition is so broken that they are pushing at the seams. They are breaking the seams. And so what you have is a system you really can trust and not just anymore. But this man, when the government is on his shoulders, justice will flow down like a river to the poor and needy. In this country today, if you're not poor, you don't get equal justice. That's a fact. If you don't have a lot of money to feed the high lawyers, you go to jail for crimes you may commit. That has happened over and over. You know? You talk about the, he will strike you with the roll of his mouth, and he will seal the wicked and so on. That's a, for a real world, let's be uplifting today. That's another side of this message. We leave that for the time being. This is what's gonna happen when the seed is you. Can you hear me? Everybody can hear me? Please nod. Very good. I'm through, but, and sometimes I did, but just raise your hand if you're not in. See my wife can't tell if you're doing that in the back. Everybody's there. Alright. So this is part of the glory that this promised seed is going to bring to humanity. Reversing what Satan's done. You know, what Satan did. God is going to reverse it in Is that an oxymoron? It's not consistent. I don't know. All right, I'm not an English scholar. But these are contradictory things. A wolf and a lamb would never be together. Obviously, lamb is gonna be food for the wolf. But in this new order, established by this one who is the promisee, the wolf would live with the lamb. And the leopard would lie down with the goat. Think about that. The goat, the calf, and the lion, and the yearling would live together. And the child would lead them. Think about that picture. That's what a prophet is. This is what's gonna happen. This is what would happen at that time. You know, when the government is on his shoulders. The cow would feed with the bear. and the young would lie down together. Think about that. A bear is going to crush that cow in our present dispensation. All right. You don't want to put a cow near a bear. But this is what's going to happen. All right. He says that the ox and the lion would eat straw. Sorry, the lion would eat straw like the ox. So God is going to change the whole They'll be kind to nature. And the infant will play near the cobra's den. Think about that. And the young child will put his hands into the vipers' necks. They will neither harm or destroy in my holy mountains. For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. The sea that is from it, this is what he's going to bring to earth. This is what God promised when he made that statement in James. You know, I seen, I was looking at some maybe National Geographic of a, this was a viper. The viper camouflaged itself and put out some tentacles that looked like bugs. And when the bird flew in to take the bug, the viper just sucked it in with one swipe. God, that will be done. You know, as somebody said, there'll be no more bird in cages. In that time when the government is on Jesus' shoulder, no more birds will be kept in cages. No more chains on the dogs. They'll be free. They will all be free. They won't claw. The claws will be gone. We'll be able to enjoy them, all right? They won't harm you. Because it says that the lion would lie down with the child and so on, all right? God is going to change the whole natural order. These are the result of sin. Everybody is fighting each other. That's sin. He's going to fix all that, okay? In that day, the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples. The nations will write to him, and his resting place will be glorious. You know, that was always God's intent. You know, when Adam sinned, he took all of humanity with him, all of them. God intervened with Abraham, and he selected a group of people, and they were supposed to be that light shining for the rest of the world. But all along, this was God's intent that the nations will rally to him that he will be as a banner to the nations. Jesus is Lord, a banner to the nations. And his resting place will be glorious. You know, there is no resting place in the world today, you know. Everywhere there is war, there's rumors of war and all that stuff, you know. My original message You see what I'm reaching the middle of this. Syria. Fallen. And Egypt is saying, no, there'll be a massive war on the Golan Heights. Everybody's talking about war. These people have no rest. They have no rest in that part of the world. They are miserable souls, all of them. Miserable souls. Always looking for trouble. But there'll come a day Well, they would have rest as well. They would all come under the banner of the Son of God. All nations will rise to Him, because He would be wonderful, counselor, mighty God, everlasting Father. They'd all rise. What a glorious day that would be, you know? And then here we see another scriptural reference to who Jesus would be. So then we talk about he's a root, a stump. Or I speak of his humility, his humanity. Just a root and a stump, but he's destined for greatness. All that power, and yet he was so mean. That is described by the prophet, he would not shout, he would never hear Jesus shouting across his room, shouting a word of God. A bruised reed we shall not break. That's against people's meekness. What is meekness? The meekness is power under control, you know? Power under control. Isaiah 52 talk about how he suffered and the glory of the servant. He would have wisely, right? He would raise and lift up and be highly exalted. There were many who were poor like him. Alright? His appearance was disfigured beyond that of any human being. He's formed mad. This is the same suffering. Let's see. Just understand the greatness of God. This is the pathway. Remember we said that thread runs all the way through scripture, through humanity, through a nation, and through the cross. That's the way we're talking about it right now. The prophets always. So he will spring to many nations. Again, we see that nations all coming up. And kings will shut their mouths because of him. But what they were told, they will see. And what they have heard, they will understand. They will understand, ultimately, that this was the promised seed. The one who bring hope. The one who's gonna change the destiny of man. Jesus, the son of God, he shall grow before him like a tender shoot. Like a root. Think, again, the prophet is using your imagination. Think about living in the desert. All right? And there's a tender root in the desert. It's struggling. All right? There's nothing significant about it. But as is Jesus, when he was a man, there's nothing in his appearance that we should desire. He was despised and rejected of men. There's one part, the first part is about Mary. The second part is about the poor, those that may be from her own location. And the third part of that song has to do with the nation of Israel. That's in Luke 2, 46. My soul glorifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoiced. Now, this is the woman. Remember we talked about that? The seed of a woman. This is the woman the God has two for. It's a natural woman, but then it's a nation. But this is that woman. She came out of the bowels of Asia, all right? And we know the story. Mary was very poor. She lived in a very rough place. And the angel appeared to her and said, you are most highly favored before God. And you know what? She believed. Had a messenger, the same messenger he didn't believe. And we know what happened. You're going to be blind or dumb, sorry, until then. So she believed, young woman, great figure. All generation will call me blessed, for the mighty one has done great things for me. Holy is his name. That's about her. All generation shall call me blessed. She recognized, she received great favor by God. It doesn't mean you worship Mary now. She occupies a very unique place in history. But she's not to be prayed to or worshipped. You know, I've seen it. Women carry it, they pray to Mary. It's not biblical. His mercy extends. He has performed mighty deeds with his hands. He has scattered those who are proud in their innermost thoughts. He has brought down the rulers from their thrones, but has lifted up the humble. He has filled the humble. Circumstantial situation then. He has helped his servant Israel. Now, very important. All of this thread runs through the nation of Israel. Remembering to be merciful to Adam and his descendants forever just as he promised our ancestors All right. So there we see Mary is Expressing in 1570 she got this great news. She got this great child destined to be great Victory the jaws of defeat and there we read in John 17 John 19 This seed that was promised to be great. And Jesus, again, we saw, he put Mary in the care of his mother. Now, what took place in the crowd? The scripture further illustrates that. This is what the Bible said. The seed of the woman would bruise, crush your head, and it would bruise his head. It took place at the crowd. You read in Colossians, you know, the Lord Jesus Christ, he disarmed the powers of authority, that's Satan. and made a public spectacle of them, trying to put them in his cross. That was the crushing blow that disarmed, not destroyed. Satan was disarmed at the cross. You know, the power that he had on death, he was the keeper of death. Men will kill prisoners through their lifetime to the fear of death. Satan was the sorcerer. But the seed of the woman has disarmed him. And what freedom we have, we are not afraid of death anymore. You know why? Because Jesus has conquered death. We're not afraid. He has conquered death. He has given us hope and a future. He has disarmed him. You know, the Lord Jesus Christ gave a proverb in Mark 3 to illustrate that. The Jews were saying, you have a demon. Jesus said, Satan cannot fight against Satan. And he talked about, when a strong man have you locked up in his house, you can't get in his house unless you beat him up and disarm him. Then you can get in his house and take his goods. That is exactly what Jesus did. He was giving an illustration about Satan. All right? The seed of the woman shall crush your head. That's what he was talking about. I'm going to crush his head, and I'm going to let all his prisoners go free. And that is exactly what he did. He did that on the cross. Satan is defeated. And he has rescued us from the domain of darkness. That is Satan's domain, darkness. Remember we talked about that. We've been rescued. Prisoners go free. The doors were broke open. And we got transferred from the kingdom of darkness into that of his Son. Forgiveness of sin. Justification, and it goes on and on and on and on and on and on. Salvation in the sun. You can look at that maybe another time. You go to Revelation 20. You jump there. You know, there's coming a day not very far from now. I don't agree with you, sir. You know? The church is raptured. The word is going to go to the tribulation. And this is what's going to happen. An angel, some churches, a strong angel. The devil is a mighty, he's a powerful being. Don't underestimate his power. Don't underestimate his wisdom either. He's been around for a long, long time. He has a lot of knowledge. So the Bible said a strong angel is gonna come down out of heaven, having the keys of the abyss, and he will seize the dragon, that ancient serpent. We're going right back to Eden. Remember, that's what God said. The seed of the woman is going to crush your head, speaking to the serpent, Satan. Who is the devil? Oh, Satan. You want to make sure who he's talking about. And bound him for a thousand years. And threw him in the abyss and locked and sealed over him. Sealed. And keep from deceiving the nations anymore until a thousand years. Forever. You know? That's what the world is waiting for. The creation is groaning for that moment. And we say, come Lord Jesus, it's groaning for that moment. When the devil, the source of all evil, will be bound and thrown in that abyss. But there's even more. Revelation 20 we read, and the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire. That is his destruction. That is what God was talking about. What you have done here is awful. It's awful. But this is what I'm going to do to you. The seed of that woman is going to guarantee that you will be destroyed. And that's what's happened in Revelation 20. Satan will be bound and thrown in the lake of fire forever and ever and ever. And you know what? All those that are his children, we talked about that earlier on, will be with him. If you're not a child of God, you're a child of Satan. We established that from the scripture. Your destiny is with Satan. If you do not know the Lord Jesus Christ, this is your destiny. That's a subject we've been doing for a long time. If you don't know Jesus Christ as your Savior, you have a destiny with Satan. And it's right here. In the lake of fire forever and ever and ever. Now people don't preach those things anymore. Let's preach it, that's what the scripture said. Men are in danger without Christ. Grave danger. And this is what it is. It is separation of God forever. You know, somebody said to describe it forever. It's like a bird taking a grain of sand from Mount Everest and flying that grain of sand from Earth to Mars. After that, Mount Everest will reduce to a plane. I'm using imagination now. Eternity would have just begun. You know, The nearest star to earth, I forgot the name, it's pretty much something. If you have a space car crash going in the blackness of darkness forever. You know, people talk nonsense. When I go to hell, I'll meet my friends. Nonsense! You will not know your friends, you will not see your friends. Your hell is your own hell. You will not see your friend. You'll be there alone. Alone. You will not see or know anybody else. This is serious. Without Christ, men are in great danger. That's why the seed was promised. And he was promised that he might destroy the work of sin. The Son of God has appeared that he might destroy. That was God's intent. To destroy. To dismantle. The work of sin and it will be done. God help us and bless us, for his name's sake. There wasn't a song I just want to read. I know my time is gone, but just bear with me. It's not in our book, unfortunately, so. Who is he on yonder stall? At whose feet the shepherds fall? Who is he in deep distress, fasting in the wilderness? It is the Lord who won the story. It is the Lord, the King of glory. At his feet we humbly bow. and crown him Lord of all. Then he went on to say, who is he that stands and weep at the graves of Lazarus, where Lazarus sleep? Who is he that gathers, who is he that gathers from, greet with loud triumphant sound? It's the Lord, the King of glory. Who is he that from the grave comes to heal and help and save?
