Do Not Steal

Do not steal, but rather seek to receive with joy and thanksgiving all that God has given, the circumstances He has placed us in, and whatever we have or do not have as part of God's sovereign orchestration of our lives. The heart of keeping the 8th commandment is gratitude and contentment to the Lord. Let us then receive with thanksgiving all that God has and has not given and find ourselves not laboring or scheming how to lay hold of things through evil means, but to work hard unto the blessing of others, even as we have been blessed with the greatest gift, Christ Jesus.
