Making Apostles of the Twelve

The Lord Christ is actively concerned with turning His disciples into power-filled preaching Apostles. They are here, as it were, being given practical work experience, preparing them for the time when Christ would be taken from them, and He would continue His Church building from heaven, through His Apostles, and thereafter through His Church:
