Genesis 41 - Power and Authority Aren't Enough

Joseph illustrates for us:

• being granted insight into problems isn't enough; we need to offer solutions as well.

• coming up with the right solutions and obtaining positions of power and authority aren't enough either; we still need to cultivate the art and skill of diplomacy. We need to be able to persuade people to follow our lead in acting on those solutions.
