The New Creation

In this text, Isaiah expands on the blessings given His chosen people. First, it took divine intervention with a new, special creation to form His people, the remnant. Then His work in creating a new reality, transforming the old into something new with no more sorrow, death or futility demonstrates His power and grace. Finally, the end of enmity and return of order in creation is amazingly detailed in God's intimate relationship with His people.
