The Curse of Canaan

This passage of Scripture that records the only spoken words of Noah is one of controversy for a number of reasons. However, God deemed that this story of Noah's life be included for an overall purpose in the Scripture. It identifies for the nation of Israel why God was going to use them to judge the line of Canaan. This passage begins to make sense when looked at in the larger context of Scripture.
