Let Jesus Walk You Around

Our text is occasioned by friends who bring a friend to encounter. The encounter of the blind man resembles our experiences in many ways. Like the blind man most of us, even though Jesus has touched us, we still have a long way to go. We are not where we need to be in our faith. We haven't fully comprehended what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. Some of us feel ready to start running while still learning how to walk. Like the blind man, we may not be entirely blind, but we are still partially blind. We don't see ourselves and others the way God wants us to see.

The truth is, we are not ready to walk with Jesus. We still need Jesus to walk us around until He sets us free to walk with Him. Wouldn't it be great to experience a touch like that from Jesus today?
