This morning, our brother Pete
LaFond is going to come and he's going to encourage us to look
for everyday opportunities to proclaim Christ. Brother Pete,
you come and share with us what the Lord has laid on your heart. Good morning. That's pretty good. Good morning. All right. It works every time. Let's see. Get my stuff assumed
here. Open your Bibles, if you would,
to 1 Corinthians chapter 10. 1 Corinthians chapter 10, look
at verse 31, and we'll read 11-1. Then there are going to be two
other verses we'll look up, and then we'll start talking. These three verses we're going
to look at here are going to be what's behind what I'm going
to try to get across to you. Paul says in verse 31, I please
all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit
of many, that they may be saved. In 11.1, be followers of me,
even as I also am of Christ. This is a dynamite verse, certainly
for us today. Turn over a couple of pages to
Philippians chapter four. Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians. Chapter four, Paul speaking,
and I'll wait till everybody gets it that has a Bible because,
and I could quote these from memory. But this is for you. I got this already. I want you
to see it's the Word of God. There's nothing like seeing it
on the page with your eyes. Philippians 4, verse 9. Paul
again speaking, those things which you have both learned and
received and heard and seen in me do, the God of peace shall
be with you. things that you've heard and
received and seen in me, do. Big word in what we're gonna
talk about this morning. And the God of peace shall be
with you. Anybody here got enough peace? That's a promise. But there's some doing in there.
You know when you do what's right, you're at peace about it with
the Lord and with yourself. Now, turn back a page to Philippians
3.17. Again, Paul's epistles. Brethren, be ye followers together
with me, and mark them which walk so. Walk as he walks. As you have us for an example. There are some good people that
are good examples. but they were following the book. Can't have too many good examples
of what the Lord has for us. Paul's God example for us, God's
instructions to us through the life of Paul, through the life
of Paul. And why is it that they may be
saved? If you're saved, somebody was
involved in getting the gospel to you. so you could be saved,
and be certain you're saved because of what you've seen in the Word
of God. A lot of pages, about triple space, though. I could
almost read these without my glasses, so don't get excited. I timed it for 32 minutes. Let's
see if I can make that. In 1 Corinthians 3, God called
Paul to sow in water the gospel of grace. That's 1 Corinthians
3, 3, 9. Don't turn there. What's the
gospel of grace? 1 Corinthians 15, 3 and 4. Christ died for our sins, according
to the scriptures, and was buried and rose again the third day,
according to the scriptures. This is God's exact and specific
definition of His, of God's gospel of grace. This is where we are
today, the gospel of grace. Christ died for our sins. was
buried and rose from the grave. Yes, that's a real track. I started
printing those 30 years ago for people who couldn't see too well
or dealing in 36 years now in prison with Bible courses Most
of the men, at least in South Carolina, maybe a seventh or
eighth grade education, can't read too well. We'll talk about
this later. God's exact and specific definition
of his gospel, it's not Paul's gospel. Paul preached it. God
gave him that, but it's God's gospel of grace for us today. Paul sowed and watered the gospel,
but who gave the increase? God gives the increase. I've
never saved anybody, and neither have you. God gives the increase. What are we to do? Sow and water,
expecting the harvest. I've never gone into a prison
or knocked on the door or sat in the living room that I didn't
expect God to save somebody. Certainly, we'll present the
word to them. But I expect it. I've been out
on visitation with a lot of people. You got to pull teeth to go.
But I don't think they're expecting it is going to happen. Maybe
most will never believe. That's not up to us. We're to
go with the gospel. God gives the increase. This
begs the question, are we laboring with God? Are we? Are we? Are we sowing and watering
the gospel, expecting God to give the increase? I'm really, when I present the
gospel and I know I've given him everything and there's no
reason why he shouldn't believe, and when someone doesn't, I really
wonder why. Yet I was a year knowing the
gospel before I ever trusted Christ in good faith. So I know
that's the way it is in many cases. But it wasn't because
someone didn't tell me, because I didn't believe it initially. Why so in water the gospel? What
did Paul say? What did God say through Paul?
That they may be saved. That they may be saved. That
they may be saved. We're in the may be saved business. That's the reason this church
is here, and that's why your pastor's here, and I hope that's
why you're here. That people may be saved. And become new creations. saved and become a new creation. Like it or not, that's what we
become. New creations. Old things have
passed away. All things have become new. New
creations. Can you think of a place any
more in need of new creations than this earth right now? New
creations. New hearts. Badly we need that. It's up to us to tell them. What's
the best thing that you or I could do for another person? Anybody
on this planet? Give them the gospel of Jesus
Christ that they may be saved. Sowing and watering the gospel
is heaven or hell business. It's eternal business. We do
a lot of things in this world that are business, but nothing's
going over but a saved person. And it's up to us to get the
gospel up. Here are a few proven ways to
sow and water the gospel of Jesus Christ. That's what the pastor
wanted me to talk about today. And I've been doing it for 36
years. So I know it doesn't work that well. And you know what
it comes down to? Christ died for our sins and
was buried and rose from the grave. Who is there you couldn't
tell that to? Do you know what the gospel of
Jesus Christ is? Would you have a second to talk
with him? No, before we can say no. Christ died for your sins,
was buried and rose from the grave. Now we like to have a
lot of time, but that's delivering the message, what the gospel
of Jesus Christ is. Gospel tracts, I got them. I'm sure there's a church rack
somewhere with, outside there. There'll be tracks. And why am
I gonna start with tracks? Everybody knows what they are.
And anybody can use them. Yet it's not the easiest thing
to do, for some reason. Let's talk about that. Where
can you place a track? A gospel track, where can you
place it? Anywhere. Anywhere and everywhere. Next
page. See how we're moving? They haven't,
sometimes less is more. They haven't outlawed the distribution
of gospel tracts. Yet. You know the climate we're
in today. All the more reason to get them
out. Thinks that places like China, it's against the law to
do that stuff. Maybe it's coming here. Make your own track. Now I start
with that, but there's a reason. I just want to show this to you.
A lot of you have seen our gospel tracks. When I say ours, that
I wrote. But there's a reason. You can
tell I'm not a great speaker and not good for putting things
down. That's why I'm up here with handwritten
notes and big print and so forth. And probably the grandma. I'm from Massachusetts. The grammar's
not that great. But I do know about the gospel.
I started printing this tract in, I started going to the county
jail in 1980, October. That's 36 years. Started going
then. And I couldn't find, in Greenville,
South Carolina, I looked and looked, went to the gospel hour
for tracts, and I couldn't find one that really, you find 1 Corinthians
15, the gospel in. And I talked about, and there
were good tracts, and you know, there's all kinds of tracts.
tracks about every good christian tracks about everything but other
denominations about this or that and the other thing but it's
not a gospel track unless it contains a gospel of jesus christ
now they're good thing don't get me wrong but you know telephone
fell about this or that you don't ask about how to be saved and
show how to be saved it's not a gospel track okay In my traipsing around prisons
all these years, starting at the county jail, and I'm going
to get the point of this, making your own track if you want to.
I did it out of necessity because I'd have a man say to me, well,
I don't want to talk or anything today, but if you give me something
to read, I'd be happy to read it. Didn't want to talk. And
I could give him a track, but I wasn't even confident of the
track. Because it didn't have exactly what I wanted to say
to him if he would let me talk to him. So I made up my own gospel
track. Nothing new in there. It's a
wonderful track. I think it's great. So when I
would be able to give that to him, I know I would deliver the
message. And what's on the front? The
gospel, 1 Corinthians 15, 3 and 4. If he never opened it, and
I leave these everywhere, post office, Somebody reads that,
the message of the most important thing has been delivered. Now
we want to do everything else too, but I don't want to leave
empty handed not telling them what the gospel of Jesus Christ
is. All right, gospel tracks. And I wanted to make an eternal
security track. Why? If you're here today saved,
and you don't know you're secure in Christ, you'll never walk
with a track and tell, say, if you think you can be lost once
you're saved, you're never going to tell. What good is it? Because
you can't make it. Eternal security is most important.
I've had fellows say, well, I see I've got to believe in Jesus.
Believe what? The gospel. And I never leave a man till
I say, You'll never have to do this twice. Are you lying to
me about trusting Christ? I make it as tough as I can be,
because I want them to think about it. Either you believe
it in your heart, or you don't. If you've trusted Christ, you're
going to heaven, because he's paid for all your sins. All right,
tracts. Our gospel tracts are being sold
and watered around the world. What? Anybody here ever heard
of Rock of Ages prison ministry? Yeah, at least one. There were
20 guys in Tennessee with a printing press that would try to get people
in as assistant chaplains. That was their ministry, prison
ministry. I ran across a fellow in Greenville who was one of
the 20. And I showed him my track, Clyde Johnson. And he says, you
know, we print stuff. They'll probably print some up
for you. Copy this track. They did. Sent me a couple of
hundred. But he said, they want to use
your track for themselves. I said, fine. The only stipulation
is, don't change it. OK? Fine. It's not copywritten or anything.
I ran across a fellow at an admissions conference, one of the European
director, European director. They got guys everywhere, all
over the world, in prisons and without. He says, where'd you
get that track? He said, I wrote it. You wrote
that track? Now, I'm getting to a point on this. It's real
easy. If you want to write something
down, you can print it on your computer. You can make it any
size you want. It's real easy to write your
own tract. Why? You'll be more likely to
pass it out if you know exactly what's in it and it's what you
would say to somebody. That's what works. Our home church
Morningside has been printing them for 15 years with Morningside
Baptist on it. Now, that's not a plug for us. But they thought it was a good
track. They put it on better paper than mine, nice, glossy,
and everything. All right. I've never given a
prisoner a Bible without our gospel tracks in it. We've sent
thousands of Bibles out, and more now, where I'm not able
to go in the jail. But people give me Bibles, and
I send them to prisons. Our gospel track, our security
tracks in each one. Why? I want them to have a Bible,
but I want them first to know what the gospel of Christ is
so they can look it up in their Bible. Where can you place a gospel
tract? Anywhere and everywhere. Be creative with your tract distribution. Every gospel tract you give out
is soul winning, folks. Remember, we don't save them.
We give them the information so they can be saved. church visitation. I'm glad to
hear that you've got these 150 names. What a wonderful thing
to go out not cold turkey. Not just knocking on the doors
and say, how you doing? But we understand that you're
new in town, and you get in. It's wonderful. If you haven't
been on visitation, get on the wagon with that thing there,
because it'll be a lot easier than some other ways. So that's
wonderful. Church visitation. Anybody here going out on visitation
without tracks with you? Of course you've got tracks.
My brother-in-law's church in Massachusetts has got things
he hangs on the door with it to talk about the church and
how to be saved. Tracks. Nursing homes. I've got ladies in the church
still using these when they go to nursing homes. Why? It's obvious. It's a lot easier to read. Hospitals
and doctor's offices. Never thought about it much until
I started going to hospitals and doctors. You know, age 70,
I was still spry. I'm 75. You can see I'm not spry. Doctors. I never go into a nursing
home. I mean, or a doctor's office,
or a hospital. St. Francis in Greenville still
has Bibles, Gideon's Bibles out. That's kind of, for a Catholic
place, that's pretty good. I stick them in. magazines in the office. I wouldn't
go in without sticking one in a sports magazine or somewhere.
You don't know. You don't know. Large print daily
breads. They've been sending them to
me for years for the prison. I put one in. It looks good on
the table, and they'll open it up, and they'll see the gospel.
You can do the same thing. I wouldn't go into my post office
without leaving a track every day. I had people from one of
the churches in Simpsonville support us, Calvary. Hey, I see
your track all the time. They get the message then. Put
the track out. Ah, it's easier. King-size tracks
are easier for people to read. And last thing on tracks. When
you choose a track to distribute, or you made it up, but you found
nothing wrong with finding the track that's got the information
you want to put out there. When you find that track, be
sure the track contains what you want to deliver. And if you
want to put your church's name on it, stamp it on. Pastor, this
is for you. Be sure to have your pastor proofread
the tract, so he knows what's going out with basically his
name on it, because he's going to get the call if somebody wants
to know some information. And he doesn't want you putting
out something that's not right, or that's not going to be the
way he would like to have it. I'm sure he wouldn't mind if
you showed him something before you could put the church name
on it. Okay, that was an extra added on. 2 Corinthians 5, Paul
speaks of ambassadors. Ambassadors. An official, what's
an ambassador? An official sent messenger. We send out ambassadors all over
the world, sent to bring a message about the United States. an official
sent messenger. Paul was an ambassador. God sent
Paul as an ambassador, and he gave him the message, which is
what? The gospel. The gospel of grace. And now Paul sends us as ambassadors,
and he sends us with the gospel. Remember 1 Corinthians 11? Be
ye followers of me, even as I am also of Christ? Oh, it's Paul,
an ambassador. Be ye followers of him. He was
an ambassador. Are we ambassadors for Christ? If we're saved, that's
the calling. Now ambassadors can do all kinds
of things. We'll talk about that in a minute. Why all of this
that we've covered so far? Why? That they may be saved. The purpose of all of this, the
purpose of this church, the purpose of you reading the Bible is that
someone will be saved, or certainly know how to be saved. God will
do the saving. The Spirit of God brings conviction.
That's God's business. But He obviously wants us to
go. We've got written directions of what we should be doing. OK. Page 5. Why? That's not bad. Another proven way to present
the gospel. I've never heard this talked
on before. Another proven way to present
the gospel. is through a home Bible study group. Home Bible
study group. A home Bible study was the method
God used to get Betty Ann and I saved. My brother-in-law had
one at his house. He wasn't even running it. Betty
Ann started to go. She got saved. Then they got
on me to go. I never went. Don't need that
stuff. What do I need a Bible study
for? That's in my car selling days. Nothing wrong with car
salesmen, but I was the typical one. You can tell I can sell cars. That's an awful thing to say,
but nevertheless. I was saved. I started to go.
God had the right person there, so I'd come back the next time.
God worked this all out. But it was probably a year of
knowing exactly that I was lost, and I believed it, and I believed
the Bible. I went in knowing the Bible was
God. I didn't have any problems with that. But I was hard-headed. It took me about a year, and
I would say, as a direct result of a home Bible study. Let me
define a home Bible study for you. Now, get this. This is a little detail. A home
Bible study is this. A study of the Bible in a home. This isn't brain surgery. I may
be the wrong guy up for brain surgery. But you see what it
is. That's what a home Bible study
group is. A study of the Bible in a home, not in a church. It's on neutral ground, in a
home, neutral ground. We'll discuss that. their bible
studies like that are informal casual usually on friday night
and i'm giving you more information on this because who couldn't
do this well uh... see what we might want to do
a home bible study usually the ones i was involved in before
we get down here uh... were on friday night that's a
good night the end of the week most people are off saturday
most people and uh... It's a way to get a free lunch
too. Most Bible studies have coffee and cookies and sodas
and stuff like that afterwards. And the cost is zero to go. And
it's not in the church. Most of the people go, some are
church, some are un-church. Whosoever will may come. Non-denominational,
it's not mentioned about, we're not out of this church per se.
Somebody might ask, you can tell them. But it's not that churchy. You know, for lost people, that's
an important thing. Whosoever will may come. Non-denominational. Church-to-run church people,
coffee and drinks. Why are home Bible studies so
successful? And I'm living proof they're
successful. And over the years, I can give you at least a dozen
names of people that are in full-time ministry right now through one
of those Bible studies at home. Many others just saved. A Bible study is not a book club. You know, people have book clubs,
they come and discuss. Well, it's about a book, but it's not
like the books. It's about the Bible. The Holy
Spirit is there and in charge. If you got the Bible and you're
sincere, the Spirit of God is there. The Holy Spirit convicts people
according to His Word. And what are you studying? The
Word of God. There are no man-made rules on
how to run a home group Bible study. It's up to you. But the
Holy Spirit will certainly guide an ambassador in the right way
to run it. You have the promise of God that
He's going to help you do it. All you need is a room, maybe
in a coffee maker. And most people will come and
bring the stuff different every week, so there's not really any
expense involved. You'll meet a lot of different
people that are good. The ones that are bad still need to hear
the gospel. Home group Bible studies always
bring about good questions to discuss. They come up, they just
do. I've got years of this situation
doing. It's kind of like a Sunday school
class, but in a church. No, not a church environment. Like a Sunday school class, you
could people know that teach Sunday school classes, you've
been in Sunday school, it's a good place to discuss things. Don't
have to stay on track, so to speak. But it's in a neutral
ground in somebody's home. Home Bible studies get lost people
to have a Bible in their hands and the gospel in their heart.
That's the purpose of it. Get a Bible in there. Some people,
they never had a Bible in their hand. You know, and some of you
know what I'm talking about. They've never, this is a good
way to get a Bible in their hands. Have Bibles, extra Bibles there.
There's plenty of Gideons around that people throw away. Get them
a Bible. People from any or no affiliations,
male, female, young, old, married, or single, anyone can attend
and everybody will be welcome. That's the basic sort of rules
that you'd want to work with, but it's up to you. Home Bible
studies are a good way to get a lost spouse into the Bible. I'm an example of that. I do
the at-home Bible study. I grew up Catholic. First communion,
confirmation, and see you later. That's what I'm boiled down to.
Unfortunately, that's the way it is. We had, well, nuns had
classes, but I never had a Bible. Never cared about it. Hey, I
spent six years in the Air Force. Every place you go to, you have
to go through the chaplain's office. They never had even the Gideon's
New Testament they give me. Never, never said a word about
it. I wish somebody had stopped me halfway through there. I'm
glad I probably would have listened. Maybe I wouldn't have. But God
had the home Bible study waiting for me. I was 33 when I got saved. I'm 75 now. That's a blessing. Still talking. All right. anyone can attend home Bible said a good way to
get lost by said that all right a good way to get lost family
members you got family members at a loss most of people do in
there you've invited him to church it's real tough to get someone
to come to church in an invite but they might come to your living
room Not for any false reason. This is a home Bible study. We'll
study the Bible. But no rules or regulation. Good
to get spouses that way. Lost family members. Neutral
ground. In our last, now this is the end of Bible study. In
our last Bible study group in Massachusetts, We lived in Kingston,
Massachusetts before we moved down here, which was three miles
from Plymouth Rock in Plymouth, right on the borderline. Had
a nice house on Main Street and everything. We moved up on Thanksgiving
and on Christmas, day after Christmas, and drove down here in a Hertz
truck, put our kids in at the elementary school, Bob Jones. The last Bible study that we
had in Kingston, Massachusetts, Betty put out flyers in the neighborhood. Here's what it said. Home Bible
study. 250 Main Street. All are welcome
with our phone number. We had three people, we had a
family, three doors down to get saved. Walked the aisle of the
church to get baptized and everything. Home Bible study. And we only
had, that was a short one before we moved down. Again, all neutral
ground. Most of them ended up going to
church. On the front cover of every Bible
course that we've sent out for 30 years, we have this. Betty
made this label up for me. When you have completed this
course, you might use these booklets to start your own group Bible
study. It's getting in an inmate's hand.
That's what they mail to. Or certainly share them with
a friend. I want them to be used. quite a bit when I get a reply
to this, say, yes, I want a Bible study course. There might be
three or four other names tacked on there. But then I look what
dorm they're in, they're usually three or four cells away from
this guy that started it. They're going to have a group
Bible study. And you can tell that when they all get ACES on
it, because they studied it all over and figured it out. I don't care how they come out
on the course. They had to read the material. That's what we're
there for, to inform them. OK. Let's quickly revisit ambassadors. And I'm just going to go through
this quick. And if your name's there, good. If not, get on it. Ambassadors sow and water the
gospel. Ambassadors distribute gospel
tracts. Ambassadors open their homes
for Bible studies. Ambassadors bring people to the
Bible study. Ambassadors, that's what we're
supposed to be. Ambassadors go to their hometown mission field.
There's lots of opportunities come up. You'll find a way if
you're looking for a place to do it. Ambassadors go on church
visitation. Ambassadors go to home and away
mission fields. Go to the mission field. Some
people do it full time. Or mornings, I don't know if
you're able to do it here, but have mission teams that go out
for two or three weeks a month. Bob Jones has teams going everywhere
as always. Go on a mission team. Ambassadors,
pastor churches. He's a pastor and an ambassador.
Pastors teach Sunday school classes. Ambassadors maintain church buildings
on the grounds. Ambassadors support churches
financially. Ambassadors support missions
by prayer and, and I got dollar signs here, by finances. Ambassadors lead choirs. Ambassadors
sing in choirs. Ambassadors play in choirs. That's
what ambassador does, something. Why ambassadors? Well, I left
off the last one. Ambassadors pray. and pray, and
pray, and keep praying. That's what an ambassador does. I have so many people for me,
that's why I'm still going at 75. And people have been praying
for our ministry. That's why we, I haven't had
a pay job, pretty close a lot of times. We lost our support
after 10 years. We had two people supporting
us. And I had to get with it on deputation. So I had 10 years
of full time in the ministry without that. God supply. It took four years of deputation.
But I never missed a day at the jail. Now, this is because people
have prayed for that way to do it. I don't recommend that's
the way to do it. Get your support up front that you know is going
to be there. All right. We can't save them. We must tell them. That's what
ambassadors do. Tell them. Get it out there. Leave them a track. You never
know what's going to happen with a track. They're good in good
weather, bad weather, and they keep going. And they keep going. pastor from a church in Georgia
that we visited on deputation back 20 years ago. He asked me if I would come back
and speak on soul winning to his church, because I did a lot
of this in my deputation work. He must have thought something
that he liked. And I said, fine. And I agreed to come. We had
a combined Sunday school class, everybody but the little kids.
Everybody there for Sunday school came in, and I would preach the
to them, then the morning message, I would have that. So get two
doses of soul winning. And it's a good thing for a pastor,
instead of harping all the time on soul winning, which, and I
say that nicely, kindly, because that's what's gotta be, and that's
why we're here, and that's why he's here. But to get somebody
else that you know what they're talking about, you know that
they wouldn't say anything wrong, and hear it from another voice.
Like you have evangelists to come in, to hear it from another
voice, that's good. So I did this. But this is what
I'm trying to get at. I opened the Sunday school, that
first message, with the question, why be a soul winner? Why be
a soul winner? Now a soul winner doesn't win
souls. We lead them, God saves them.
So it's kind of a, I don't know if you call it a misnomer, but
soul winning. Why be a sole winner? Then I cleverly said afterwards,
why not be a sole winner? There's reasons why we should
do it. What are the reasons not to do it? And I thought of that
all myself. I didn't cheat that from anybody.
But follow me. I did the same thing in the morning
service. Now, morning service, you got more people than at Sunday
school. So you get the whole crowd again. Same thing. Why
be a solo? Why not? After the meeting, a
woman came up to me and said, I never thought of it that way.
And I said to her, what way? What are you talking about? She
said, why not be a solo winner? She got the message. Why not
be a soul winner? And she dropped a $50 bill in
my hand. Remember, this is easily 20 years ago, when $50 was rifty
dollars to a missionary who's on deputation. Now, I don't remember
the name of that church. It was in Georgia. It wasn't
far out of Atlanta, probably 150 miles from Greenville. But
I remember that $50 and what that lady said to me. I just
threw that in. Now I say to you, why not be,
when I say a soul winner, why not be an ambassador and get
the gospel out? There's no good reason for a
saved person not to do that. There's lots more ways, but I
tried to cover everything that I could, and probably the easiest
ways. Not everybody's in full-time
service. We ought to be full-time ambassadors, though. Okay, almost
there. I want to read again, you don't
have to open your Bibles, what Paul said and we already looked.
I please men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but
the profit of many, that they may be saved. Ye followers of
me, be ye followers of me, even as I am also of Christ. These are marching orders. Paul
said, those things which you have both learned and heard and
seen in me, do. Do. And the God of peace shall
be with you. Brethren, be ye followers together
with me, and mark them which walk so, as you have us for an
example. Paul is God's example for us,
God's instruction to us through the life of Paul. There's nothing
not absolutely biblical and on point today than this. Why that
they may be saved. Almost done. Big print. Last page. God did not save us for our power. Why? We ain't got any. We have
no power. We don't have spiritual power
in us. But that we might be a vessel
that he could place his power into. That's why, to save us. So that he could place his power
in us, then use us for his glory. That is, to make us a suitable
ambassador of and for his gospel of grace. You want the power of God? If
you're saved, he's come to live within, hasn't he? Never leave. Why they never leave? Sin's all
been paid for, Colossians 2.13. Last thing. I guess this is a
poem, would be considered a poem. I've had this in my little file
of great stuff to keep, to use, probably easy 30 years. It's
entitled, How Many Lost. Some of you may be familiar with
it. I just, I've never used it before. How many lost have now
perished? How many ears have not heard? How many hearts are still lonely? Hmm. Since I failed to give the
word, How many minds are still darkened? How many lives full
of care? How many souls are still searching
for the truth I failed to share? Where are those souls that have
stumbled? Where are the people who fell?
Since I was sinful and selfish, Are they wailing now in hell? Where are my friends? And this
is capitalized, where are my friends that are living, living
lives by their own design? Will they escape from the falling?
Will they know the Christ who's mine? Give me a burden for souls, dear
Lord, to show the lost the way. Please use me for thy glory,
Lord, and save a soul today." And I've added this. Ambassadors
show the lost the way. That's what he's called us to,
to show the lost the way. Give him the gospel of Christ.
Why not? Why not? That's it. Page back to page one. We're
done. Oh, look. I just, here's the gospel track. Who can read it? Even I could
read this without my glasses. I made a security track. And
I'm just trying to go back over the tracks because you can get
in full force without really much of anything. Check the track
rack you get out here, OK? These are fine. Most people can
read them. But you know, if you make one
up like this, throw it in your computer, you can make one like
this. You can make one that big if you need to. Make a border
out of it. But make sure your tracks have
got what you want to say it. And you'll find it a lot easier
to go out and do it. I'm done. Let's pray. Father,
I come to you in Christ's name, grateful for the opportunity
to be here amongst like-minded people. I'm grateful you gave
me this opportunity to preach the gospel to people that know
it and that can use it. I thank you for the church that
supports us and has been faithfully doing it for 20 years. And I
trust for as long as we're still living. And we thank you for
all this and these wonderful people. We ask your blessing
upon this church and this pastor. Amen and amen. Thank you.
